first impressions were giving rushed. i was sat down with an older lady who instead of giving me square tips, gave me stiletto. then the second guy i was sat down started on my nails & was doing pretty good. then we switched to the wife who had to redo my frenchies multiple times. i didn't get the inspo i asked for, nor do they look good. i asked for a nude & instead got a pink. i also asked for black v-shaped french tips. instead i got the 2000s cigarette mom french tips. the black is also smeared all over all of the nails & they look dirty. i had to pay $90 for these nails. i do NOT recommend this place. read more

The people here were great but I paid 100 dollars for my nails and toes a week ago for Spring break and I wanted them to last. Normally, when I get my nails done they last for three or four maybe five weeks but this time they started falling off less than a week later. With that after I got my nails done, I had to go home myself and reshape them. I did ask for them to be received multiple times, but it just wasn't to my liking, and it already took an hour to shape them and file them so I had to leave. It wasn't a bad place. It just frustrates me that my nails were falling off so soon after. read more

What a fantastic nice group of people at the salon, and they all do excellent work at a fair price. I typically only do pedicures services, but more recently have been doing the dipped nails and did tips & acrylics for my recent wedding in a soft ombre finish. I have been 3 times now. The first visit i got my nails done and they were okay..not the best but not the absolute worst. the Price was great tho and I left telling my friends and sisters how affordable Hollywood nails is. Second visit tho, my nails were done beautifully and looked great!! But For only a fill this time my price was $25 higher then my prior visit when I got a full set. today I go back for my 3rd time and got My toes and nails done. the guy who did my toes did a terrible terrible job! they are not even all the way painted! The ends have no polish, they are all different lengths and shapes and I'm embarrassed to even wear sandals on my vacation now!! I asked him multiple time to please shape them, make them look even, make them better. He kept just saying "I'll fix it " but he did not!! He didn't even try to fix them! So I tell The lady who runs the place I changed my mind I don't want my nails done after showing her my toes! She apologized and said SHE would do my nails for me, not him. So she starts soaking my nails to remove my last nail job they did and within 5 minutes get up and sends another lady to do my nails while she just sits back in the massage chair and watches. I'm not complaining about my nails the 3rd employee there who decided I was worth the time and actually did my nails for me did a good job. But when Im finished and ready to pay I express to the lady who runs the place (I believe her name is Kim) how unhappy and unsatisfied I am with my toes. her way of making things better was to keep saying "next time I will do them myself for you" "next time I'll fix It" I just paid and left very very disappointed but once I was outside in the sunlight I seen exactly how awful my toes look!! I am going on vacation in 2 days now with my toes looking like a toddler painted them and the they knew how awful they looked but just didn't care!!! I am so upset!! I have never reviewed a nail salon before but this place was so good that I had to- I have NEVER been more pleased with my nails!! I showed the woman who did my nails a picture to go off of (I think she said her name is Tina) and she nailed it to a TEE. The shape and color is absolute perfection. This is my new favorite nail salon in Fayetteville and I will DEFINITELY be coming back!! 10/10 - the workers are so nice and do such a great job. Definitely recommend coming here!! read more

The absolute worst experience! Went in to simply have my dip soaked off, trim and reshape my nails. No soaking allowed!! My nails were put into acetone for 1 minute, then she proceeded to literally pry off the dip with with an acrylic tip! Then when used the drill she continuously hit my skin which I did let her know about. She rolled her eyes and just continued, always hitting my skin! I asked for rounded nails, somehow they filled them Square. I asked again for round, and again, they were square. Upon washing my hands I realized my nails were too long and frail. I went back to the tech and asked her to cut off more length and again, make them round. She cut every finger a different length (none of which were short enough to my liking) and barely rounded the edges of my nails. She hastily put a clear coat on my nails and sent me out the door, not giving me time to dry my nails at all. Long story short, this salon should NOT have 4.5 stars and I'm currently back at home shaping my nails myself. Never going there again. 0/10. read more

I went in to get a DIP, the manicurist was very nice. Two days later my nails started chipping. I have been getting the dipped nails for 5 years & this is 1st time they have chipped so quickly after getting the service. I went back to the salon & they repairs my nails , for free, and they were nice about it. Here is a day or two later, my nails are already chipping again. Hum, I wonder why. read more

I have been here many times and every time I've gone something wasn't like what I had asked for, or the quality wasn't the best. But I went last week to get a pedicure and now my toe is red, swollen, and has an infection because of the woman working on my feet. Hollywood nails is usually my go to for pedicures and manicures. I went in for a pedicure sorely disappointed and I don't say that lightly. No base coat, no top coat. Just straight polish. Eye brow wax was great. But pedicure lacking third time this has occurred. read more
