We were on the hunt for a one stop shop for decor for a small backyard party during Covid-19: lights, furniture, rugs, pillows, etc. This turns out it's harder to find than I expected unless you go with the big time players like Kehoe that was a bit pricier than I wanted for this particular party. I loved the rustic look of the furniture Elegant had and their prices were better than most. While they didn't have any rugs or pillows to rent (sigh), their wine barrels were perfection to use as high boys and ended up getting a bunch of their low benches to put together as low tables (to use with floor seating). And they were also able to provide lights for my backyard. While every other vendor told me that postposting due to rain or Covid-19 wasn't an option (say whaaa?) I also liked that they were flexible. The main issue was that getting ahold of them was extremely difficult. If the Yelp reviews didn't give me faith that they'd show in time fo the bash I would have been extremely worried. It took a lot of stalking for both me and my party planner to get a contract, pay for the contract and a date to set everything up. There is an emergency # and found that we had better luck when we called the emergency #. They set everything up a few days in advance so I didn't worry too much about them being a no show. I let them know they needed to come at 7am to get it all done since I was headed out for a busy day and they showed up even a few minutes early. An hour later my yard was lit up beautifully and I was really happy with the look of the furniture for the price. They set it all up on a Thursday morning and said they would be back on Monday to pick it up (also prompt for pick up) so we got to enjoy a long weekend of beautiful lights. While the service leading up to the event wasn't the best, I'd probably still use them since it was smoothly the weekend of the event. However, I'd hope they would be more on top of their communication next time. read more

We just had a small backyard wedding and needed rustic chic decor. Elegant Presentations were the only ones around our area that we could find who had farmhouse looking decor, wooden tables, chairs, buffet table. They have someone on staff that can make just about anything, which we didn't find out about until the day of delivery. It would have been helpful ahead of time! We wanted a wooden pallet wall as a backdrop and we were told they couldn't do that. Come to find out they had already made one and had it in storage. They were extremely hard to get ahold of during this time. Not sure if that is usual or not, but we had to call the "emergency number" to get ahold of anyone. They also didn't fully know what they carried in their warehouse. Their website stated they had a certain chandelier with Edison lights, but when we talked to them they said they didn't have it. Even though there were some kinks with booking, they delivered right on time and did wonderful set up and were timely with taking things down. Their items were in great shape and extremely clean. We will definitely use them again when the need arises. read more

We rented a wedding backdrop from Elegant Presentations for our September 18, 2020 wedding, and we couldn't be more happy about renting from Elegant Presentations! They were recommended to us by our wedding venue, and I can see why! From the moment I reached out to them, although I'm sure they have numerous customers constantly, it felt like we were top priority to them! Susie took over our wedding, and I can't even begin to say enough about her! She always responded promptly, she went above and beyond to send photos of products, and she made sure everything was taken care of and ready to go for the day of our wedding! The backdrop she sent matched our wedding colors perfectly and was beautiful for our ceremony and then for our head table to be in front of! I had a good experience with elegant presentations. I searched everywhere for mirrored tables tops for my wedding and no one had them. EP supplied my mirrored table tops, chairs & some linen for my highboy tables. They kept in touch with me throughout the process and did a great job with the setup. However, I think they could change their setup time frame because they charge extra for less time but most venues only allot a certain time frame before your event starts for setup. Event started at 6pm but they wanted to setup in the morning and the earliest I could do was 3pm. Lastly, some of my chiavari chairs were not sturdy, glad no one fell :/ So that's why they received 4 stars. read more

I was trying to book chairs for my outdoor wedding, and after four phone calls with the assistant manager confirming they could deliver the chairs. I waited for my invoice to confirm the order, delivery time, and location. After a couple of days I received no call back or email. A week before my wedding they didn't even call me or try to contact me that they decided they were not going to deliver the chairs. I don't write many reviews but i thought it was important to share this experience just encase you want to book through them. read more

I've used this company several times for events but they completely saved the day for me this past weekend. I had an emergency request for linens, since ours ended up being ruined, for a Sunday afternoon event. I called the emergency contact number at 730am on Sunday morning and Maria answered. She was so helpful, so kind and jumped right on my request for me. She found someone to come in on a Sunday, when they are closed (thank you Adriana!) to give us our linens. We had a good experience with Elegant Presentations until AFTER our wedding. In the middle of our honeymoon (1 week after the wedding), we received an email from them stating that we had damaged their chargers and they were missing some decorations. Since this happened they were going to go ahead and charge our card on file for the damages incurred. We were forced to call them from out of the country so they didn't charge our card. They said the chargers were put through the a dishwasher but after talking to the venue, they said that their washer would not accomodate such large chargers. Also, instead of doing an on-site check prior to picking up the materials and leaving, they waited until they got back to their place to count and suddenly, they are missing things. We have no way of knowing what was missing or damaged and we are suppose to take their word on it?? The charges were not much, BUT their business practice and their poor customer service is why we fought these charges. Be careful using these guys! read more
