So if you want the experience of almost knocking into the toilet as you enter the bathroom sliding then this hotel is for you!! Took a shower and the pressure is at a slow "sprinkle." Usually at hotels I will then adjust the shower head with a turn or flip there to make it come out with more force. No can do in this apparatus...that is the ONLY setting! My 10 minute shower turned into 25 minutes as I tried to get the shampoo and conditioner out of my long hair. As I was drying my hair more suds appeared....grrrrrrr! So back in U went for another 10 minutes wishing that my head could fit under the sink faucet as the pressure was a little better there or a shower tub combo. Why do hotel owners think that installing these crappy shower heads will save them water when guests end up using more? This also got me realizing that housekeeping cannot fully clean the shower as the pressure is so low to wash it down and inot enough water being used to wash the towels in their laundry room....yikes!!!‍ Only saving grace is that the hotel bill is being paid by the company AMEX and not my pocket because I'd be The only saving

The only…read moreproblem we had, started off bad which was minor was we didn't get our room keys upon checking in, it wasn't ready til late the next day, so security had to open the doors for us, we checked in late at night so having a room key didn't matter, just having breakfast the next day we had to have the room opened after. Despite that, I loved this Residence Inn, very great convenient location, staff are super friendly and the parking is FREE!! I originally had another place in mind near the airport but the parking fee $25. x4 days which I saved by switching our hotel over here. Coming back late at night we had no problems with finding a parking spot, we were lucky to find a spot close to our room. Lets talk about the breakfast that I read great things about, it is true from the reviews, really Wow! staying here for 4 days, I was worried we would get sick of eating the same items but I can see they have different selections, I can see the staff working so hard, when preparing the daily complimentary breakfast & happy to see there is rice, furikake and miso soup! Reminds me of another Marriott when we stayed at Hillsboro, OR. Breakfast staff are so friendly, they greet you with a smile, I can feel the joy and love, while enjoying our breakast. 5 Stars! I loved our room, it is very spacious! Enough for the 4 of us, My hubby and I, My son and his friends. We sure made use of and utilized the stove, dining table, and fridge. We were here for a film festival out in Gilroy for few days and staying here was convenient for us. Also close proximity to Silicon Valley companies, Cisco System and ScanDisk. What's not right is improper communication and not taking accountability for it. Said shuttle leaves every 30 minutes Gets down at 7:59am and asks the front desk and after a few minute informed no one's going to come to drive the shuttle until 8:30am. "Driver is sick". Simultaneously front desk phong was talking to another customer asking about a shuttle ride tomorrow for 5:30am. Giving false hope saying "we don't start until 7am but I'll put a note down here and come tomorrow morning at 5:30 am to see if there will be any drivers" is bad customer service. Don't tell us something just because we want to hear it. Knowing your services don't start until 7am, and I who had requested it for 8am was already a struggle, telling someone at 5:30am when the services don't even start is bad customer service.

However, the food was pretty good all things considered. If I'm looking for an evening window any the Hotel with a drink then this is a good option. If you want something of a more traditional restaurant experience for dinner then I'd look elsewhere. I would imagine that if you are like me and you're doing business travel and you want to be by the airport, I would say this will work for you.

I was a happy camper. I got a room with two queen bed and a kitchenette. The only drawing was the positioning of the tv. It was sitting at far right of the room next to bed and it did not pull out enough to angle it right. Other than that the room was nice and comfortable. The pool is nice and huge but jacuzzi only fit 6 people. It was a nice hot day so worked outside. I was excited to try out the complimentary breakfast as it had made to order eggs and other dishes to go with it. When I arrived for breakfast I was disappointed to find all the buffet tray had different types of egg bites no protein at all. Well two of the egg bites had bacon and ham that I barely taste it. Now to the made to order eggs. Basically just over easy or scrambled without any topping if you wanted an omelet. I guess the highlight was the Greek yogurt bar. Even pastry and cold pancake was just ok. And made to order eggs are not available on weekends. When I checked out. I asked why the breakfast didn't provide any protein and they said they are trying to serve healthy options. I said well you can still have turkey or chicken sausage which are healthy options and they said that's a good idea. Oh well maybe next time I stay at hotel they would have it. Oh and ther is a $15 a night parking fee.

After driving all the way from Pasadena, I reached this pre-reserved hotel near the San Jose airport. It's located in a hotel district alongside brands like DoubleTree by Hilton, Motel 6, Hampton Inn, Fairfield by Marriott, and Sonesta ES Suites, yet despite all these hotels, the area felt strangely deserted. By 8:00 PM, there wasn't a single restaurant open nearby except for a Denny's. Upon arrival, I had to pay a $20 parking fee through my phone. There was no option to charge the parking to my lodging or even include it on the same invoice. My room on the second floor was a decent size and looked clean, but there was a loud, constant noise coming from a wood-framed corner--likely a central air conditioning pipe. To make matters worse, the entire room had a very obvious, unpleasant odor that smelled like sweaty feet. I initially thought they had simply forgotten to provide bottled water, but when I asked the front desk on my way out to dinner, they told me that complimentary water is not included in the room fare. I have never encountered a hotel like this, especially one from such a famous hotel group. The hotel seems to be proud of its free breakfast, which is served in a clean cafeteria, but it was a total disappointment. There was no real bacon, no sausage, and no fried eggs. The only meat available was precut turkey Canadian bacon, which was essentially like bologna with hard, unchewable edges. All the food was plain and tasteless; the orange juice tasted like powder mixed with water, and even the coffee was weak and lukewarm, poured from a thermos. It's such a pity to have a stay like this during a trip. I honestly would have rather stayed in an economy motel, where you at least usually have a kind owner you can chat with.

They require a $200 deposit so provided my credit card. Front desk let me know if I was a Marriott Bonvoy member if I give them the number and they add it to my reservation I will get credit for stay (if you stay x amount of nights I think you earn free nights) even though my reservation was booked through a 3rd party (this was not the case with my previous nights stay with another major hotel chain). Got to our room which was flooded with light from the windows and the lights being on. Kidlet changed into swim suit and headed to the pool. We had the pool to ourselves. Kidlet went back and forth between pool and hot tub. A few people came down to hot tub later. Went back upstairs for showers and to located dinner. The shower is one of those open showers which I am not a fan of but it worked. The bath products are lavender and eucalyptus which I was surprised by as they are two overwhelming, very strong scents (they trigger migraines for me personally) so I did not use them. I had my own soap, shampoo and conditoner. The one thing the bathroom did not have that I was surprised by was a liquid hand soap. The soap in there was bar soap which just feels unsanitary. I usually travel with my own liquid soap but this was a quick trip with not a lot of space so I had packet my soap sheets instead. Used those instead. The bed, pillows and couch were comfy as were the stools in the kitchen. We picked up food and at ate the kitchen counter watching tv. There was bedding for the sofa bed in the closet. The next day went down to break fast . They had oatmeal, congee, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, eggs, potatoes, frittatas, cereal, waffle makers, juice, coffee and hot water for tea. Packed up and checked out. Asked if they store luggage, as we had an SUV with no trunk cover and I didn't want the rental to get broken into. They tagged our luggage gave us claim checks and we were off. Coming back to the hotel to pick up luggage was a breeze and we used the restroom for kidlet to change out of wet clothes for the ride to the airport. A wonderful stay in a clean, quiet hotel. I would stay here again. This stay was so nice it has me reconsidering staying at Marriott from now on vs my other go to hotel chain.

They actually care about their customers (as opposed to other travel agencies who merely want your money). Once I was traveling to Florida from San Francisco with my wife and 2 kids in a very snowy December. We landed in Denver, unsure if we would be able to take off due to the bad snowstorms. My Travel Design agent, Shekar, called my cell phone during our layover just to make sure we were OK. He let me know that if our flight was cancelled he would find another way for us to join our family reunion for Christmas. Turns out, our flight was OK and we got out of DIA without any problems, but the fact that Shekar took the time to check on us and reassure me that we would have a fine vacation really impressed me. Travel Design also knows my travel profile and they get me the other stuff I need, like cars, hotels, meals, and discounts, without my having to ask for it. I love these guys!!! It was horrible to non existent. A little stream that trickled out. I did say something to the front desk and asked them to check it while I was out. That evening I returned and unfortunately the shower was still awful. It now had 2 trickle streams but honestly - not what was needed after a long day. The following morning, I used the shower and the pressure was even worse along with the water temp. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again due to the water issues - it was not something that anyone wants to deal with before work or after a long days work. My only other complaint was the dingy carpet throughout the room. Please remove the carpet - it looks filthy and I didn't want to have my feet touch the carpet for fear of how old and dirty it was. So..was it awful...not necessarily, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the water issues.

The parking was pretty open throughout the full weekend as this hotel serves more of the corporate clientele on the weekdays. Lobby is quite modern, room is modern. If you have status, you are able to access their pantry which provides unlimited drinks, coffee, snack, snacks, and some package food items to enjoy throughout your day and stay. They do not have a lounge. The king bedroom suite in the tower is quite comfortable. There was a separate living space, full bedroom, full bathroom and a small bar area that has a small refrigerator in the cabinet underneath. We were always greeted when we entered and depart the property as we walked by the front desk. Very nice staff. Location was great, it was close by two the 101 freeway. There are a few eateries and Starbucks across the street.
