So when I got back home I called up the local OT to check it out. I felt like I got a good run through of how everything is set up to work. I must be insane jumping into a 90 min class. I do like that they can give you options if you need. There are bikes, you can walk instead of running, and you can do variations of the circuit too. I decided to sign up to supplement my barre workouts. They have a couple different heart monitor device options. For June they were doing the first month free.
