I am Japanese. One day I found that I wanted to buy a kind of Reverso Jaeger-LeCoultre. About ten years were passed after that Reverso was released, and so it was discontinued. If there were no brand new one, I thought I could find a good condition one in Japanese market. But actually there were no stock to say nothing of condition. So I started to search world wide.　And finally I found the stock at the boutique, Element iN Time NYC.　There was some hesitance to buy a high pre-owned watch abroad, which I could not check the condition actually. But I could examine the detailed pictures of the watch what I actually buy, and picture at the angle I requested. It made up my mind to buy the one from NYC. I think actually that this boutique is fair and square, indeed authentic. it require some care to make a wire transfer to pay from Japan, but they sent me the tracking number, so I can wait at ease. If you find the watch which is desperately for you in this boutique, I recommend you to buy as soon as possible even from Japan. P.S. After the delivery, I found the power reserve only works half of the spec, so I fixed it in Japanese Jaeger-LeCoultre service. when I reported that to the boutique, they split the expenditure. In August of 2015, I purchased an Omega Speedmaster Automatic Ref. 35395.50 (Cal. 3220), from Element iN Time, and I can't praise them enough. The watch was fairly priced and Nick and Gary were honest and reasonable in negotiations. My package arrived a day early, and when opened it, everything was just as they had promised, including cards, manual, and original red Omega box (the handwritten note was also a very classy touch.). The watch itself was in tip-top condition and continues to perform flawlessly after almost 6 months of near-daily wear now. The customer service at Element iN Time was second to none; Nick and Gary were friendly, responsive, and competent, without even a hint of the petty and vulgar snobbery I've encountered elsewhere. I would especially recommend them to any first-time watch-buyers because they do a good job of walking the client through the purchase. I've had the pleasure of buying 2 watches here. I can now say with confidence that nick Gary and Isaac are amongst the good guys in the watch business. I originally bought a 18k jaeger reverso. It initially ran a little slow but they took care of it without any hassle or hard times for free. Now it runs great! Upon coming back in, I purchased a breitling navitimer that they had just got in. They didn't have a chance even to look over it but promised me if any problems they'd handle it. The watch ended up running 20 seconds slow, and sure enough, they took it and did a free overhaul (shits normally 600 bucks) after a regulation didn't quite do it and overnighted it back to me. It's on my wrist now running spot on. These guys are straight up w their word. Plus, they got some sweet watches. Highly recommended. read more
