I've been coming here for awhile and never had a problem.. came in today and the guy who did my pedicure was so rushed it felt so stressful, i understand you're busy but i am a paying client who also deserves the attention. My basic pedicure that says is supposed to take 30 min only took 10. Didn't massage only applied the lotion for a quick second barely cut my cuticles and every nail shape is not straight. Don't even get me started on the paint job.. i would skip this place for pedicures, there are a lot more better salons in the area! read more

Updated review: The owner saw my original review and called me to apologize for the poor experience that I had. He assured me that the chairs are being replaced next week and he's aware that they're not great. He also stated that the person who cleans the salon has been out for 2 days and he apologized for the dirt/mess... I appreciate when business owners care about their customers, and my actual pedicure looks good, so I added 3 stars. Original Review: Dirty and broken pedicure chairs. Bad massage chair - just basically pushed my back so I continuously sat up and down like I was on a slow kiddie ride at the fair. Very dirty floors. Customer service was rude (rolling their eyes when I said I had an appointment for toes and didn't want my nails done). She was beyond rude to me, refused to schedule my next appointments (even though they do every other time), and when I asked her why she was very unkind to me and even called me again the next day and left me a very rude message. Don't get me wrong. It's a very nice place when you walk in, but the service was terrible. Let's start with the pedicure. Me and my girlfriend came here for a pedicure and she got her nails done. It was her birthday and I wanted to do something nice for her. The people that were doing a pedicure were extremely rough. Didn't care if it hurt or not. They used great force to try and clean around the cuticles not knowing that they were cutting into her cuticles. She woke up and the skin around the nail was swollen, very red and crusted with pus. My pedicure said it was to last 30 minutes. It lasted roughly 15. It was extremely rushed and painful.When girl had gotten her nails done it was nothing like she asked for and they charged an extremely high price for a mediocre job. They said it was due to the shape and design of the nail. Her set was $134 We left extremely unsatisfied and in pain. The total came out to $240 for 2 pedicures and a set of nails which is more than we've ever paid anywhere else. We will never be back read more

The staff was aware of the unsatisfactory experience, and did nothing to attempt to make things right. I shared that there was no massage (stated to be included in the pedicure description), and I was made out to be a liar. He showed me camera footage to challenge me. The camera shows lotion being applied, which he claims counts as massage. The proof is in the pictures. My feet look worse then when I went in. My experience was very similar to a reviewer below who was in and out of the chair within minutes. There are other concerns, but after two hours that I will never get back, I'm completely disheartened. read more

1. The First Lady that did my nails was very confused and didn't know how to apply the nails on correctly. 2. When she was cutting my cuticles and when she was drilling them she also broke skin making me bleed!! 3. Everything was so bulky and ugly. 4. Bubble were forming. I had went up to the front desk asking if I could have anyone else do my nails because I was not going to be paying for crappy nails, another "nail tech" tried fixing them but they came out the same. I didn't have time to take these things off so ended up having to leave with the set. And they had the nerve to ask for a ridiculous price! $50 for short 1 simple color set . Would not recommend please go somewhere else. You will leave unsatisfied. Thanks to them I have bleeding fingers!!! The front desk lady (blond women btw) was annoyed, lost and clueless. I have been to plenty of salons in AZ and this is the only one that I have been going to consistently for the past year. I love how clean and organized this salon is. I've only gone here for my toes. The guy nicked my cuticles over 10 times! I showed him a reference photo for shape & he did the complete opposite. Because of this I asked him to cut them all the way down. I tried looking at them and he pulled my hand back and asked me what I was doing. How rude! They charged me $50 for these and if you use card you have to pay a 20% fee, they don't tell you until after. This was supposed to be a pleasant experience. Instead we had NO experience other than poor service and no concern for the client whatsoever. I had mad a pedicure appt for two people on a Sunday afternoon. (First time clients). Upon entering the salon, the man at the front did not greet us and when he finally acknowledged us, I advised him we had two pedi appts and he asked my name/confirmed and then literally 'dismissed' us over across the room to sit down. I kept thinking surely someone/ANYone would come to let us know an update...but no. We had arrived 5 min early for the appt at 4pm and when we had absolutely NO acknowledgement whatsoever by 430pm re the delay, we simply walked out. I will never return and will tell everyone I know NOT to ever go to this place...and BTW, we always tip really well and we were looking for a new and permanent nail salon as we are new to this area. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! It was a huge disappointment. read more

IT IS ILLEGAL TO KEEP SOMEONES $ FOR A SERVICE THEY FAILED TO RECEIVE I've tried this place a total of 3 times now. Have consistently left disgruntled by their charges. This last visit has finally made me decided not come here again. I got a gel polish change, which is listed at $30. I asked for a "3 dot design" in the middle and I saw designs were "$4+".. i was charged a total of $50 for the service. Seems that it is $2 per nail for designs. Be aware as they don't mention that. When I asked them to break down the charge and stated that the menu lists designs at "$4+" the woman pointed at the menu and said "show me" which I did. She said "it varies by design"... Not to mention the older woman who did my nails got on my hands and when she realized, she tried scratching it off with her nails and when that failed, proceeded to use the nail file to scrub it against my skin. Which also failed. Don't really recommend this over priced average nail salon. UPDATE! I showered the same night I had my nails done and the "dots" clearly were done with too much polish where they bubbled up and leaked all over the white!!! I went in the next day and they told me to "come back tomorrow" because they had no one to help me. They said they would re-do the dots and I said well I don't think I want them anymore because it might happen again. He said "ok but we will not refund you for design" which was $20. Long story short, I went in the took off the dots, left the white base, I declined the design to be re done because I didn't want to have to go in if the issue reoccurred. They denied giving me my money back AGAIN because they "offered to redo it but I didn't want it". I made sure they knew they were keeping my money for a service I did not successfully receive due to quality. I was walking out without what I paid so therefore a refund was needed. They said "they told me when you came in to get them fixed to NOT give you. a refund." The rudeness and lack of customer service is beyond me. Just as a heads up, they don't have a "no refund or exchange" Policy for customers to sign before hand/acknowledge. I had to dispute the $20 with my back. I was successful and encourage you to do the same if this place does this to you. They take advantage of people. And the quality is not there. There are plenty of reviews on here similar to mine. Disgusting and shameful for a nail salon to be this way with customers. Hopefully they learn that it is illegal to keep someone's money for a service they didn't deliver. Also, the salon prefers you pay cash. I didn't have enough that day in cash because of the over priced/low quality "design" I added. So I paid card and took a $1.50 fee. Had I not paid with card I would have been in a different situation and not been able to have my bank reclaim my money. Be aware of where you take your business and don't let places like these take advantage of you. read more

This is a nice nail salon... clean and friendly staff (except for the guy up front with the bun). They were able to accommodate us as walk ins for two pedi's pretty quickly. That being said, the services are hit and miss depending on who you get... I've been 3 or 4 times now and it does vary quite a bit. ***WARNINGS!*** They will charge you 3% of your total if you pay with a card... BRING CASH! They won't tell you that when you call. There is a free ATM, but your bank may charge on their end, mine charged $2.50. The next warning is make sure you are very clear when you tell them which pedi you want. There are two Deluxe packages and one is organic and more expensive. If you don't specify, they will not ask you to clarify, and they will give you the more expensive one. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my pedi and will be back and now I know who to ask for. read more
