The nail tech, after me showing her my coworkers nails stated, " we do not do 3-D nails", $60 for Ombré fill, $5 to shape(nails already shaped,), $30 polish change on toes, $10 to put 2 butterflies on my fingers, $12 to put same butterflies on my toe, $7 to do French tip on toes, a polish change cost me almost as much as my friends who did pedicures!!! read more

Okay, first things first. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had time to take me & that there wouldn't be too much of a wait. I got sat maybe 15 minutes after arriving. Cool. The lady who did my pedicure was excellent. After that, things got bad quick. I waited about another half hour to have my manicure done and the nail tech was dealing with some younger girls and seemed very upset, which I understand. People are allowed to have emotions. BUT she sat me, and just started to put the acrylic on with very little prep. Did not clean up my nail beds, barely filed top so nail would stick apparently and didn't bother to match the glued tip with the end of my actual nail. I paid about $75 for the set and had no design, no gems, just different colors on each nail (not painted just powder) and she wasted so much. A week later, my pinky nail was almost all the way off. Most amazing nail salon in town. They pride themselves on consistent customer service and quality. I went in to get dip powder with added tip last week from a tech i usually don't go to because my main girl LISA was on vacation. Unfortunately the nails didn't last long and began lifting within the week. I scheduled an appointment to get them fixed because literally every single nail was lifting and being a bartender I need some VERY resilient nails. LISA ended up completely re-doing them and made them bulletproof like I'm used to getting. She is the best tech at the salon for so many reasons. Firstly, she listens to her clients needs especially when it comes to how much I use my hand and am constantly accidentally jamming them into things at work so she adjusts her style to putting nails on. Secondly, she communicates well with owner so the price is fair( I wasn't charged for a completely new set even though she redid both hands). He had canceled the last four appointments and I still went out of convenience to my location. Today he canceled yet again 15 min prior to the appointment. Hell no...these shady characters don't list their prices on their website and hang up when you call to inquire. They are known for upping their prices and gouging your pocketbook. Eric and his wife are not only nice but they are incredibly great at what they do. I randomly stopped by one evening I was trying to go to my go to spot for a full set. They couldn't get me in and neither could half a dozen other places on a Wednesday evening. I called Element Nails Bar and not only did they take me in, but they stayed open late for me and another client of theirs. Their salon is very clean, spacious and uncluttered which makes you feel at ease and allows you to relax during your experience. Some may say their prices are a little higher but you get what you pay for. My nails lasted four weeks looking great before I needed a fill! A few other people came in and they ended up taking one the other gals before me when I have been waiting for 10 minutes at this point! I sat down and had a good pedicure she was a little rough but once I said something it was perfect. I sat down to get my nails done and she immediately started to rush I could tell that she was trying to get out of there because it was closer to closing. She was very rough and tore my cuticles up. I got acrylic nails they are very thick crooked and different lengths basically everything Was going wrong so I stopped her and told her I would pay her for what she had already done but I didn't want her to finish because it was already too messed up to fix. I went up to the front to pay so I can leave and get them done somewhere else and she starts cussing and yelling at me because SHE messed up my nails and I didn't want to get them fixed I wanted to leave and try somewhere else. I was already willing to pay I just wanted to leave but instead got cussed at and yelled at. It's ridiculous having to deal with that after THEY messed up MY nails. Wanted to like this place based on reviews but received TERRIBLE customer service. Walked in for a fill after two weeks after getting a full sns dip set here. A man with a bun barely acknowledged me. I came in asked how much it was for a fill, he looked at my nails, and said $45 and then turned his back towards me. I'm like $45? Full set was $53? How does that make sense??
