Worst experience... my lashes won't even last 3 days. the fix lasted 10 and then a refill didn't even last a week. all with master stylist. Management seems to not care as I now read in prior reviews. Apparently this has been going on 2 years now. why are you not using the products on our eyes? the stylist are not using the Primer nor are they finishing off with the Bonding stuff. After the first set didn't last 2 days I even mentioned it to the owner/manager. She must not have even bothered to talk to her staff because I had to remind the stylist who went to do the fix to use the primer. Then I had to tell both masters to use the primer and BONDING (last step). I feel like someone doesn't want to pay for the primer/binder at this location so they tell the staff not to use it as default. The other locations I have been to have staid they are supposed to. When they didn't last the 2 days the manager had the nerve to say that so must pay full price for a fix. I contacted a regional rep and forwarded a complaint because that is not even in their policy. She then reached out to me and arranged for the fix but even that girl didn't use the primer or binder until I reminded her. I don't want to have to keep wasting my time going here every 2-3 days. So I will have to use a different location despite this one now being the closest to me. I have been a member of the franchise 5 maybe 6 years now. I wonder if some locations steal their product and replace it with the fake stuff that don't last. Like the fake glue etc. Maybe they don't use primer because they want it for home etc. Like why not follow the steps us members have a membership for? it really sucks because I feel businesses and employees have no integrity anymore. They take no pride in their work or business. Emoloyess do stuff half a-- and feel like the world owes them tips and a salary. The owners are against customer is always right and controlled by greed and the pressures of America to make the American dream. All the while our country is losing morals and integrity and revenue because I'm now taking my business elsewhere. I'm glad I wait a few days before I send in a tip because I would've been out of so much money as I was for my time too. I must say the location gets a plus for cleanliness so that is why it has 2 stars. However the soap wash for the eyebrows in the bathroom is filthy! I would never use that for fear of catching a bacteria. They need to wipe that down with alcohol or hot water with fresh sponge/cloth daily or throughout the day. It seriously looked like a car mechanic soap all the times I went in there. I bring my own though for this purpose. Also I feel that the stylist should not have access to their mobile phones or touch them while they are doing my lashes. Mobile phones contain bacteria and a study revealed that like a gross 65% of people take their phone to the toilet! I dont want them touching personal devices and then resuming back to my eyes without washing their hands. This is not proper! That phone be held against head, ears, face oils, hair etc and to handle that while doing my eyelashes is not ok. read more

Honestly just disappointed. I've been going to this location for months and my retention of lashes has been so bad. I can barely go a week without them all falling out. (See photos) I've been getting my lashes done for 6 years now and I have never had this problem. One time my eyes were burning from the glue and the lash tech told me "It's fine I'm almost done". when I protested again that i was in pain, she again told me that we didn't have enough time so i needed to deal with it. Just really uncomfortable experiences there and obviously the lash techs aren't all that friendly. I will say all the girls at the desk are nice, but don't let that fool you from all the other issues. I've been paying for a full set every two weeks. Cancelled my membership today. Just so disappointed. I really wanted to go to a professional lash business, but I guess this is not the place. read more

I rated this place before but I'm doing it with pictures now. I found a lash tech shortly after a little over a week of having these.. they irritated by eyes and caused redness and swelling. I asked for a cat eye hybrid and I walk out looking like I have classics. The glue was yellow and clumpy. One of these pictures is day 1 and the rest are from 1 week having them - 1 week and a half. Was told to sign a waiver which is normal and it was actually for a membership I did not want. My last visit ended with two of them ripping out my bottom lash because they got stuck together. Tiffany was not any help but rather rude and condescending in her manner of speaking. Poor service with no help. Paying 150 a month for a membership I did not agree to? I went to this location to get the blnx lashes. I reviewed the details of this service before calling to get an appointment. I was told that they would last a week and that's all that I needed them for. I can't remember the technician who assisted me but she was very kind. Very thorough. We went over the lash lengths and styles. She was very thorough and I loved the finished product. She gave me my maintenance kit and told me how to take care of them. She explained that water, and steam is a no no as the water based glue would start to break down but the adhesive in the kit should help and needed to be applied every other day except first application would be 24hrs from when I got them done. I got them done on Sunday.I applied adhesive on Monday at the hour that I got them done. All seemed to be going fine. However, by Tuesday morning, my left lash was coming up. I tried to apply adhesive and the lashes kept adhering to the crimper. The bulk of my left lash was off, and at this point I couldn't get the lash back on so I had to remove it all. I basically got about 44hrs out of the lashes. This is not to bash the technician because she did her job well. These lashes with their water based adhesive are best suited for the day of your event only. Because if you shower/bathe... It's a wrap. read more

I went in and yea my eyelashes were bad, but the person assured me I would have length and volume added , I walked out feeling totally defeated and robbed! I would not recommend this place to my friends or enemy. Don't promise something u can not give. $ 200 later I would of just stuck to my strips. The only star is for the tech she was very nice. Also 1 day later 16 hours and most have fell out!! So yes I got a call to come back in to fix , but a lot of good it does for my trip to Vegas tomorrow the whole purpose for spending $200 , to walk the stage and receive certification with confidence and nice looking lashes!! I recently had a set of Sexy lash extensions by Liz. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff! But it doesn't stop there! My lashes look AMAZING! They are even and soo natural looking. It took around 2 hours to complete the full set. Liz took great care in making me feel comfortable with 2 pillows and an ultra soft blanket. My technician listened to what I wanted and boy the lashes were perfect. It's been a rough year and I never thought how lashes could brighten my face and make me look and feel younger. The staff was friendly, but the pricing structure was really confusing. My first set, I asked for a natural look. The lashes were so wimpy, you could not tell I had any on. Then when I went for my first fill, I asked for more body, and was charged $25 extra for "Hybrid" lashes. This is after paying nearly $300 in an initial charge and first monthly charge within just 2 weeks! The WORST was yet to come. I decided to try one more fill, since I'd already spent so much, without the hybrid, and see if they could do better with just longer regular lashes. The girl started doing my fill, stopped, showed me how the extensions were ripping out my real lashes at the roots. She said, "Yea, the girl that did this doesn't work here any more. I recommend you have them removed". No offer to do it for free, so I would be charged to remove the botched set, and, I assume since nothing was said, I'd be charged for another new full set instead of a fill?? RIDICULOUS. I went for a lash lift to try out the service and this new location. I was a little weary due to COVID, but as soon as I walked through the doors, I knew I had chosen the right place. They check temperatures, masks are mandatory, screen every guest, social distancing is observed & the entire place is sparkling clean/new. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, all the staff were helpful and kind. Membership prices are really reasonable and my lashes look amazing. I think I want more volume so I'm going with a full set of lashes next time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quality lash location at a reasonable price. read more

Went in for my initial set and lashes fell off within days. Went back in for a correction and the same thing happened... I have had false lashes before and took care of them exactly as instructed. I had joined the membership the first day and ended up being charged for 2 months (around $240) for only my initial set. Terrible customer service and now I am out so much money for terrible quality lashes and appointments that I did not even do. Couldn't recommend any less.
