Had a really fun time at Elements Karaoke Lounge. The private rooms are great, with cool designs, colors, and an overall vibrant vibe. The decor is amazing and definitely adds to the experience. Street parking only, no lot. Food-wise, the wings weren't great, but the staff was accommodating and let me swap them out. I also tried the fries and egg rolls, which were decent. My friends and I had a great time here after going to a wedding reception. Shani took care of us and I cannot use words to describe how she was so amazing from the beginning to the end with our group. She made sure we were hydrated and didn't push us to buy any drinks like how other places would do it. We started off with 3 orders of beers/high noons. I told her I wanted the room for 2 hours and had to pay on the spot before we could start the karaoke. The karaoke is just pulling up songs on YouTube which is simple enough. The open area where you walk in was very spacious and nice that we ended up being able to take a group pic. I'm glad this place is walking distance when you're in West Loop. This Karaoke spot was good but the staff was extremely rude. The bartender with a mullet went as far as to throw song request cards at my sister. We reported him to the Manager on Duty and there was a sarcastic attitude on him even during the conversation. Policy is not clear at all! One specific employee really rubbed me the wrong way on my friend's birthday we came in looking for good vibes and was met with attitude disrespect and passive aggressive vibes. So here are some things you should know if you attend because they do not explain and if you ask the mullet man questions you will be met with extreme attitude and disrespect. After coming into a bar that had a total of 2 patrons in it my friend and I decided to stick around because we create a vibe wherever we go inspite of us being one of 4 people now in the main area of the establishment nothing was explained to us. We arrived at 10:30pm and there was apparently an event between 7-10pm which excluded you from the one drink 5 song tickets rule in addition to this never being told to us we arrived well after 10. I went to request my second song of the night and mullet guy said i arrived for the event so i couldn't put in another song request. I said no one ever informed me of this thinking i had arrived during an event totaling 2 people lol , I said you guys should explain the process a little more thoroughly because it's my first time at your establishment and no one was here you guys had nothing but space and opportunity to let us know how it works. After checking my uber drop off time i went back to him to clarify , show him and let him know that i arrived after the event ended so i was wondering if it was possible to get my remaining song tickets he said " what do you want to hear from me ? It feels like you're trying to argue with me ! " I told him very calmly I'm not i just want to gain clarity on it and if I'm not included in the event... at which point he cut me off and said okay fine you want song tickets here and went to grab them and threw them down on the counter. Need to say if he's there I won't be back which sucks because it's actually a really cool setup. We tried this place on a whim and had a really good time. It's basically a set of rooms with TV's and you create your own personal karaoke experience. You receive a server and you're able to order drinks and food from a QR code based menu. A nice way to move the singing experience from your living room to outside for a spell. read more

I didn't know if this place was a club or karaoke bar. Thank God we had a private room. The overall service was mediocre, I've had better service at other karaoke establishments. This wasn't your typical karaoke, everything was dove through YouTube so you had to find your own karaoke versions of songs. The food was luke warm, but the drinks were pretty good. HIDDEN FEES 650 TO RENT!!! ruined birthday. I rented from 8-11 for birthday party, I paid 159 for reservation. We are closing out dinner and ordered desert and 8:09 I get a very rude call they are forfeiting my reservation, they are aggressive and after multiple conversations I get extended to arrive by 8:25. So I have to run out of my own dinner to this place to secure the reservation despite already paying for 3 hours of use. We get there and got PAT DOWN better than the TSA. I mean my brother was felt up more than a cop pats down people. Then we go through an empty club room with 4 VERRRRRRY scantily clad women that, MAYBE were on a bach trip, then brought into this back room. I get sit down, they tell me to go over things, where I learn the new total is 650. this was not disclosed anywhere online, anywhere at all when you make the reservation. We end up leaving, so after I got yelled at to leave my own birthday dinner we get swindled and conned. Absolutely atrocious way to do business. Ruined my birthday plans, didnt even blow out candles and ruined dinner as well from their conduct. read more

This is a nice place, but the customer service is horrible. From the moment we entered the doors, the guy at the front was rude. He didn't greet us, gave us nothing but attitude, and acted as if we were bothering him by patronizing the establishment. Every time we encountered him it was met with attitude. I would not recommend this spot to anyone who wants good service when spending generous amounts of money in an establishment. I reserved and paid for a 3 hour gold room for up to 10 people which is almost $300. The staff made everyone in my party pay for their orders at the time of order, we were told they didn't allow people to open tabs. After paying for our food we never received it. However the staff kept coming in to give us time warnings and when we finally asked about our food they went to check. They came back and told me that the orders were never sent to the kitchen even though everything was paid for. Instead of trying to make things right the staff continued to rush us out of the room and made us wait in the lobby for food they forgot to submit. I felt so embarrassed that I brought my friends somewhere like this and my birthday was completely ruined. I can't believe I paid for a 3 hour room and couldn't even enjoy the food i ordered in the room. I also want to point out that the staff did not know how to work the system or the mics and we were forced to deal with mics that were insanely too loud which also made the experience unenjoyable.
