My 1st massage with Elements at this location was great, and April was amazing. However, the owner at this location treats ADULT customers like CHILDREN. I scheduled another appt with April, and they called me back LESS THAN 24 HOURS before my appt and told me I needed a DOCTOR'S NOTE because I have breast cancer. Are you SERIOUS? I think we as ADULTS can make a decision if we can have a massage.or not. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Mmmm no. Came here for a deep tissue massage with my boyfriend and I was honestly left disappointed and far from relaxed... My therapists name was Clint and all he kept doing was basically slapping my back and just rubbing his hands back and forth on it literally shaking me on the table. Then he would just rest his body weight on his arm on my back where I couldn't breath and not find any pressure points. Not sure what the technique was but there was no deep tissue... I literally just got violently shaken all over the table. On a positive note my boyfriend said that Joel (his therapist) was incredible and found all his knots and pressure points and worked them out. read more

Came here for a 90 minute prenatal massage for my birthday. Everyone was kind but the 90 minutes starts from them calling you back to the room. The massage was only about 70 minutes and felt extremely rushed. The MT was kind but it was absolutely not worth the money and I wouldn't recommend it. You want to leave your massage feeling wonderful not wishing you could get your money back. read more

The therapists themselves are awesome (especially Demetrius), but beware of their shady memberships. They charged me all throughout the COVID situation, even though they had no one working to cancel the membership. I did a chargeback for one of the months which finally got the attention of one of the managers who gave me I call. I told him that I'd like to cancel for the meantime until I could actually use the massages. I was then charged yet again the following month. They make you either come in and sign a form to cancel the membership, or they can email it to you to sign, scan, and send it back over. I did not receive a confirmation that I canceled the membership, even though I went in person. I would not be surprised if I have to deal with this yet again next month. What's worse is that I only have a month to use the massages I already paid for during the lockdown. Absolutely ridiculous. I recommend paying for single massages. They will make it difficult to cancel your membership. read more

Started the experience listen to the two from desk girls bitch and whine about the work experience and food service jobs. I came to relax, not to hear whining, and gossip. The massage was on at best, and the therapist talked through the entire massage!! She even talked about teen suicide and her friends that have had friends who knew someone... The conclusion was buy the monthly package, buy this weird arm thing and buy a book. Lots of selling... Never again!!! Super disappointing. Update! So my Husband and I went to have a long needed Massage, we utilized the 90 minute massage gift cards he'd bought me in the last couple months. He scheduled them, the massages were good although my therapist cut corners in mine. When we were through the massage, they were only 60 minutes and when using the gift cards, we were advised we could keep the cards and pay out of pocket, or utilize the cards and lose the extra 60 minutes. I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shift consecutive days in a fast paced environment and for many years I didn't realized how much tension my body was holding on to until I tried massage therapy and it changed my life for the better. If you are ok with touch and proximity. This is the best time and space you can give yourself. It's a gift! You can meditate and focus on your breathing while you are getting a massage for that extra magic :) in my opinion experiences are even more worth it than things you purchased because when you die you can't take with you that precious car, bag, house etc... but you know you got the massages, eat the delicious food and had all the fun experiences you could lol (now if you can have it all, then that's awesome! ) the therapist are so skilled (Molly is my favorite )She listen to you and what you need. I have now had two massages by Scott and oh my goodness he is phenomenal! Mid massage I had forgotten to mention a strain I had in my shoulder and without me even telling him this, he discovered the "kink" himself and totally worked it out! My shoulder felt back to normal right after the massage! I mistakingly got to my appointment 30min early and he kindly took me back early! Much appreciated! He is very knowledgeable and even gave me pointers oh how to stretch at home to help with some aches I have. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to see Scott for a thorough and effective massage. read more

I am the type of person who gets massages every month because I have chronic pain. Savannah is who keeps me moving! She will work on my back for an hour sometimes, sometimes only my shoulders, whatever I ask. She is wonderful. She can find the knots and get rid of them! Best massage therapist ever! read more

My husband and I had massages scheduled for today, we get there and I am informed that my masseuse is sick and not able to do my massage. The manager asked me if I want to go to Briargate they have an available appointment later today. Duh, we had massages scheduled at the same time and drove together. The supervisor made a comment that she tried to call this morning and let me know. Funny thing is I never received a call or have any messages. Joshua is hands-down the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. This is my fourth year with him and I can honestly say his services have improved my quality of life. I suffer from an exceptionally tight back and frequent stress. Josh's technique, knowledge, and stretching exercises put me into a trancelike state for the remainder of the day after the massage. He is the reason I keep coming back! The only reason this isn't a five star review is due to the turnover at the front desk. I'm unsure whether these employees are underpaid or just treated poorly, but it's noticeable. To their credit, the front desk people are always warm and friendly. Today was my second time in. I originally saw Kellyn and made sure to reschedule with her for his appointment. Very good experience both times. The front desk staff is always very nice and offers water and the use of facilities before your massage starts. My first time in I received the $30 off pricing and today I decided to sign up for the monthly membership to keep my pricing in line with what I normally pay for a 55 minute massage. Kellyn is great at what she does and today was another wonderful experience. I've had issues with my low back and shoulders for years, she used great pressure (as hard as she could) on me today and I felt like melting butter when I was finished. They send you an email immediately after you schedule to verify your appointment and also offer a reminder call and email as well. My friend and I both received a gift card for a 1 hour massage. This gift coupon was slid into the Elements gift card so that the visible part said, "1 Hour Massage Session Gift Card." I didn't remove the smaller coupon from the larger gift card, so I didn't realize it had an expiration date written on the back. When I realized it had expired, I called, explained the situation hoping to schedule my session, and asked if they'd honor the cards. They said, "No, once it's expired we can't." So, although the business received $$$ for the cards, they won't honor them. I'm very disappointed and angered that my friend spent $$$ on the gift, and it can't be used. read more

We have tried other massage places and we were not happy. We are so glad we found Elements Massage! The receptionist was professional, friendly and answered all of our questions. My husband and I did a couples massage and it was heavenly!! We both felt great and joined the monthly club, which allows us to have massages at a discounted rate. One of the best massages I have ever had was here. I have a bad back because I am a computer nerd and my posture just sucks. I am changing my previous rating from a 1 to a 4 I was contacted by the owner with an apology and promised the issue would be addressed regarding the awful massage therapist. Dan (owner) offered me a complementary massage at either location. This time I went to the Stetson hills location and had an amazing massage by David. This massage therapist has definitely been around for sometime and knows how to work sore muscles. He was very pleasant, personable, and paid attention to what he was doing. I will go back if I am able to get in. Unfortunately he only works on weekends. My original review ...... I had a massage on Sunday I saw an ad on FB, I booked a Masage at the end of my work day..... it was the worst Massage I have EVER had. The massage therapist (not sure she is even certified) was rude, rough, popped her knuckles through the entire massage, sneezed, blew her nose, did not wash her hands, (no I do not think hand sanitizer is appropriate while giving a massage) I told her 4 times she was hurting me, she jerked my joints around and the sheet/blanket. If someone is that pissed off and annoyed maybe they should not be working. They absolutely should not be a massage therapist. I was more stressed after the massage than when I went in. I almost got up and left but kept thinking it has to get better. So if you are in Colorado Springs and use the Briargate location DONOT get book a massage with Dani. Had to cancel my program with elements customer service not good. I'm on a payment program where they take out your payment once a month as I get a massage once a month. I usually prepay for my next massage after I get one. Well they went in and charged my account anyway. When I called the gal said she couldn't credit my account. I went over and then when I went in the story changed and she could credit my account back. I believe the customer should always be right but elements obviously doesn't. I cancelled my program very disappointed that I had to go all the ways down instead of resolving the issue over the phone. on my cancellation form they put the reason for cancelling was that I was confused about the payment schedule. This is my first experience with ELEMENTS MASSAGE! I walked into this classy establishment and luckily I was able fill a 1hr cancellation slot. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and were lovely hostesses! My masseuse had magic fingers that rubbed away the bullshyt of the last 2wks with a much needed Swedish Massage. The rooms were hygienically clean, smelled of aroma therapy oils, and were aesthetically pleasing w/ dimmed lights & meditative music! I love the membership options which greatly reduce the price and ensure I engage in self-care monthly. Scott was the best! He listened to the shoulder and back issues I was having and really worked on those areas. Exactly what I needed. He gave me tips on how to work on flexibility and stretches to help me. I have had many massages but this was by far the best one and really therapeutic for my shoulder pain.
