I became a member right after my first massage with Justina. My experience was that amazing and I had zero hesitation investing in myself and Elements. I've had dozens of massages over the years but nothing compared to the treatment with Justina. I struggle with advanced arthritis and frequently with joint pain. Since becoming a "regular", I can feel the difference in my joints, muscles, and overall health and wellbeing. What sets Justina apart from any other therapist I've worked with is her instinctual and consistent pressure and understanding where I need the most focus. I honestly do not have to say a word...my muscles respond to her on their own. lol The entire office staff have been amazing, warm, and friendly. Worst customer service! I am very thorough so asked all the questions before my massage. By the way, they charge $119 for an hour massage but supposed to be $89 for your first. I clarified this so many times because I would never pay $119 for a massage. I even clarified before my massage. Afterwards the super rude girl said I had to pay $119. Called her manager while laughing about me. It was a super stressful experience AND I still paid $119 because they would not do anything. I would be very careful because they have your credit card and basically can do anything they want. Also this was my birthday. I looked it up and they pay their therapists like $25 and pocket the other $85 but have a huge gratuity sign and want you to pay their employees a fair wage. Stay far away!!! read more

I was a member of Elements Massage in another state and had a few massages to use after moving to NC. That said, I have been to Elements Massage in Cary a few times since moving here. I have not had the same masseuse each time but I will say every one I have seen was professional, friendly, and great at what they do! Requires a 30 day cancellation period for memberships. My wife went in at the end of December 2024 and was told they needed to charge her both for Jan and Feb 2025 which makes no sense. She also tried to cancel over the phone multiple times but they refused saying she had to come in person. read more

I am a member of Elements, and it is wonderful. The facility is relaxing and immaculate. Some of the therapists get booked up quickly, so be sure to rebook as soon as you're done! My therapist has helped me tremendously by incorporating stretching and working on flexibility. She is responsive to my needs and is eager to please. My only suggestion is that they have heated eye pillows to put on the clients when they're laying on their back. read more

A nice studio, great staff, great location, however after joining their membership program I found very limited availability to ever use it. It became wasted money and a pure profit play for the company. Seems they need more staff to accommodate demand. Great potential, poor execution. Excellent margins for them however. read more

I guess this is what I deserve by trying to book a last minute Groupon massage. I came in 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork so my appointment would start on time. The girl doing my massage was running behind and didn't come out with her other client until about 5-10 minutes after the hour. I'd assume that I would still get my entire hour; I was mistaken. She finished me 2 minutes short of the hour and I ended up getting roughly 45 minutes of actual massage. That bothers me considering it's supposed to be an hour massage. It was far from the best I've ever had, but not the worst. At the end, I felt a little pressured to leave gratuity even though I didn't like the massage. The staff were friendly though and the masseuse was trying. Update: Their manager, Rob, responded promptly and are making it right for me. It's refreshing to know that they care about their customers. I'm changing my review to a positive one for the prompt outreach. read more

Staff was professional, facility is prestine but they cut my massage short to 40 minutes despite an hour massage because they book customers back to back and ten minutes of the hour are just for chattig with you, would not have come to get massage if I knew that.Massage oil is cold and masseuse was rushed, neither relaxing nor worth the price. read more

I am so pleased with my experience at Elements Massage. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. I had lower back issues and a rotator cuff issue as well. Varshay was able to pinpoint the problematic areas and I walked out feeling better than I have in a long time. I now have a plan to get my normal mobility back with his help. The front desk staff are ALL extremely welcoming. I've never felt pressured to add on services or to get a membership. That's why I DID get one actually! My therapists I prefer to see work often and I have little trouble getting appts with either of them. That's so much better than most places where therapists only work a few shifts a week. Sorry but I'm not going to say their names specifically or they'll become too booked for me to see them. I will say though, that I've seen a few different people there and they have all been excellent! read more
