I went to Elements Massage in Chandler to wrap up 2025 looking for a calm, genuinely relaxing one-hour massage with no rushing, no upsell pressure, just a good reset. From the moment I walked in, I started to feel at ease (which can take me a bit to let go, feel comfortable and calm), and the experience got better for me from start to finish. *Masseuse: Isabel was my masseuse, and she was great, genuine, friendly, and warm. This immediately put me at ease. At the beginning, she asked about the pressure I preferred and whether there were any specific areas bothering me that she could focus on. She listened, remembered, and addressed those areas without needing to check back in, which was great. Her voice was soft and clear, and her approach felt thoughtful, personal, and kind, not just "routine". She recommended doing a scalp and foot massage, mentioning that people really like those, and I'm glad she did. Both felt great. I especially liked the hand massage, hands hold a surprising amount of tension and are often overlooked, I felt a noticeable release there. The pressure throughout the massage was exactly right for me. She was great. I also appreciated that she gave me plenty of time at the beginning to get settled and again at the end to get dressed. Nothing felt rushed, it was just easy and calm. After the massage, Isabel handed me a cold bottle of water, it's a small thing and part of the process, but her genuine warmth made it feel thoughtful and nice. *Room & Atmosphere: the room was very comfortable. The table was warm, soft, and supportive. The lighting was dark and calming, with candles casting a gentle, soothing glow. Soft, relaxing music played in the background and never distracted me. The whole space felt quiet, peaceful, relaxing and grounded. *Front Desk Arrival and Departure: the experience started off nicely right when I arrived. The women at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The waiting area had plenty of comfortable seating spots and felt calm, which helped start the relaxation before the massage. *Value: the pricing felt reasonable for a one-hour massage, especially considering the quality of the therapist, the atmosphere, and how relaxed I felt afterward. *Overall: this was a genuinely relaxing, well-run experience from start to finish. Isabel was excellent, the environment was calm and comfortable, and everything felt thoughtful without being overdone. I'll definitely be back, and I'll request Isabel again. I've had some bad massages and good massages but I've NEVER had a bad massage from Natasha who has been at a couple of different Elements Massage locations. So glad she is back at Chandler Village. Natasha is VERY knowledgeable in how to address different areas of the body and LISTENS to what you need. She is a true professional at what she does and I will (and have) gone out of my way to schedule with her. I highly and without hesitation recommend her as a massage therapist! read more

I like Elements Massage since they always have availability, are easy to book online, and are usually very professional and skilled. My masseuse I had this time for a 60 minute massage wasn't my favorite but still did a good job overall and got my knots out. The room was comfortable and the music was very relaxing. read more

Olivia is incredible, well worth the Master's fee. She really listens to your muscles and has a lovely technique that eases pain and tightness as well as deep tissue but without the pain. I always go to her whenever possible. read more

I had a 2 hr massage with Kyle several weeks ago and it was the best massage I have ever had and I've tried a LOT of different therapists. It was so good that I booked my next appt on the spot and plan on coming every 4 to 5 weeks which I never do. I highly recommend booking with him. Extremely skilled. read more

I'm a mom of two under two, I train multiple times a week so as you can imagine I put my body through the wringer. First time at this location due to them having availability. I was paired with Michael and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this gentleman. Pressure level phenomenal, attention to detail with focusing on the areas that I requested I felt like I walked out of that room a new person. His recommendations for aftercare also very helpful. Penelope was great! I was getting regular massages every month or so for pain management but life happened and 6 months went by without one. Getting massages more frequently has definitely helped me sleep better since my muscles are relaxed. I see a variety of massage therapists here, lately Kat and Embree have been my favorites! UPDATE: All good things must come to an end. After years of visiting Elements because of a good massage therapist, I realize the business itself is flawed. After having been a loyal customer for years as a member of their wellness plan, they cancelled an appointment I had scheduled and moved me to a wait list because American Express cancelled my credit card on file to reissue a new one. They say they reached out several times through phone, email and text, but those all get filtered automatically as spam. Still, this is not my problem and is a non-issue. I have been a loyal customer for years and how do they recognize that loyalty? They cancel your much-needed appointment because they don't have an updated credit card on file mere days after the old card was cancelled. That is not a way to recognize loyal customers. It's absolutely clear Elements Massage puts the dollar in front of their customers. They have already and probably will comment on here to make excuses. They say it's my fault for not getting their calls, texts and emails. They don't care these past couple days I've been busy moving things from my garage without using my computer. They don't care their phone calls and text messages get filtered as spam. The manager hides behind saying it's policy and that the system automatically does this, as if the system is totally out of their control. I'm done with this place. read more

A few days ago I was fortunate enough to have a massage at this location by Jose. He was OUTSTANDING. Daily, I have severe lower back pain and not only has Jose been a massage therapist for years he has also been a physical therapist! He was gentle when he needed to be and was wise enough to push on the pressure points that needed attention. I walked out with NO Pain; which was the first time in four long months. No ownership when it comes to upset customers. **Update 1:45pm 10/15/2022 Received call from manager, all I got was 5 minutes of how they did everything right and how I didn't. Still falling way short to return $45. Again, from very irritated wanted to be customer. No ownership, only deflection. They would rather keep the $45 that was never earned by selling a product or give a service. I have had no issues with billing and the front desk always seems polite and professional. All of the therapists have been good but I've scheduled most with Selena who is just a gem!! Self care has started to be part of my routine and getting a membership with ELEMENTS has been the best decision ever. I usually am not picky with what therapist I get but lately I've been going with Jose and he seems genuinely committed to his work. He's helped me release lots of tension on trigger fingers starting from my shoulders, stress on my neck, as well as calves due to plantar fasciitis issues I get from my job. Place is always staffed with friendly people who really cater to your therapy session needs. (Sorry to the one time i was stressed and snapped at the receptionist-she was nice throughout all of it and made me realize this is SAFE SPACE to come relax) During Covid, they kept there place really clean and still do. My massage with Anthony was good. My friend didn't it enjoy her message since there was a guy talking really loud next to her room. Front desk person is way too loud when we come out of our massage.
