Normally I just get a one hour massage, and it has always been great. Yesterday, however, I decided to try the Reflexology because my feet have been bothering me lately, so I paired that with a half hour body massage (the Reflexology session is also a half hour). Since the body massage was shorter than normal, she asked me if I wanted her to concentrate on anything in particular, so I told her my lower back was a little sore. She really did an amazing job in a short amount of time, focusing on the spots that were sore, and finding other spots I didn't even realize were sore! The second half hour was spent exclusively on my feet, and it was heaven! She began by using the hot stones on my calves and feet. Then using a combination of massage and pressing on various pressure points, she worked those tired puppies until they felt better than that had in years! There was one particular spot on my left instep that was bothering me, and it feels great now. Hope is a miracle worker! My wife and daughter also go to Pure Day Spa, and they see other therapists and both have had great massages as well. I can't speak to their other services, but the massage rooms are clean and quiet, and the massage therapists, particularly Hope, do a great job.

The campers absolutely loved her being on the grounds doing the massages. I have also been utilizing her services at her salon as well. I have been going to Christina every other week and I cannot begin to tell you the huge difference I am seeing physically and mentally. If you have not been to Christina for a massage, you are definitely missing out. Her prices are very reasonable, her mobile shop and her stationary shop are impeccable. John was able to pinpoint the exact areas of pain and focus specifically on them. It hurt like a big jerk but wow was it needed. I told him when I left that I felt like a bobble head doll.
