I've had a membership for year's here. This Elements has gone through so many therapist. Why? Because the management team doesn't respect their staff. Three weeks ago I witnessed the manager letting go an employee. Her door was half opened, I heard her let this young employee go. Pretty pathetically. The young employee was completely taken aback. I witnessed this right before my massage. I shared with Tayna my experience. Without my consent she shared it with the front desk. When I checked out, they confronted me with a very unmature inexperienced way. Really? I asked the owner to reach out to me. No response. Look at the ratings! This place lost great people. Now, mediocrity is acceptable? I have a year plus of pre paid messages that I can't book because the owner keeps a manager who can't manage this place. Shame on you. read more

Finally was able to book a massage a year after receiving a gift card and had the worst massage experience of my life. The front desk staff were not welcoming and did not orient me to the space. The massage therapist did not introduce himself and did not make me feel comfortable. The room and massage oils were cold, which was uncomfortable and I left in pain. Under other circumstances, I would have been angry that it all lasted less than 45 minutes when I booked an hour, but in this case I was glad to just leave quickly. I have been to other Elements locations and had wonderful experiences, but this location is not it. Would not recommend. read more

After waiting 6 weeks for an opening, I get call 20 minutes before my appt to let me know the therapist had an issue and wasn't able to make it. I understand that things happen that cause cancellations...unfortunately this happened to me three times and the same excuse was used each time. read more

I have been a member of Elements Massage in East Longmeadow for at least 8-9 years. Ive never had a bad massage even when I've had to "settle" for a new therapist. They all do a fantastic job! I love my massages! However, they have become so busy or maybe because of lack of therapists I now usually have to wait a LONG time or see whomever might be available. I used to go AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH, now I'm lucky if I can get a massage every three months without booking months in advance. read more

The massages and therapists are always good. But I've bought a membership, pay a monthly fee and can't even have a monthly massage. My account has all this money on it and it won't be refunded and if I cancel, I lose it all. So I keep paying, making appointments which are often cancelled and never catching up to use what is on my account so I can finally cancel. Do not get a membership. read more

We got buy one get one gift cards as a promotion since they were being advertised around Xmas. They refused to book a couples massage until may the following year... now that it's may, 3 days before the appointment, they called and confirmed we are good to go. The very next day (now 2 days before the massage) they called me and said one therapist "won't be around" and we would need to reschedule. They said it's easier to split us up! It's a "couples massage" that they scheduled... and when I said we are not doing them different days, they said "someone will call you" and now the appointment is in 24 hours and no one will answer an email or call. This is the WORST customer service and downright terrible way to run a business. I'm happy to bash them on social media since they clearly don't care about the customers (which I have been to this same location in east Longmeadow for many years) read more

I definitely enjoy this place, and was glad to go there twice this past week. All the staff are incredibly friendly, the ambiance is good, and it seems they have done a good job adhering to new safety measures in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. If I did have a drawback, it might be the price: it seems a bit expensive. But I am not a member, so it's hard to say what members think. And, I have never ever left there feeling like I paid too much. That is a testament to the quality of the care and the wonderfulness of the staff. I went to elements massage for the first time at the East Longmeadow location. I was kindly greeted by Kei who performed the massage. It was the most incredible massage I have had probably ever. She took her time on my more problematic areas but still made it a very relaxing massage. She deserves more than 5 stars. I will be rebooking a massage with her soon. read more

This used to be my go-to place, but over the past 2 years, I'm lucky if I can get in there once a month. They are struggling to keep massage therapist since they reopened after Covid. A lot of the staff pre-covid left, so there's a lot of new people who don't seem to stay more than 4 months, if that. I canceled my membership recently, and even though I had already booked 3 months out, this location canceled or changed my appointments. The first time I showed up for my appointment and out comes the person I normally see, and she grabbed someone else. I asked the front desk what's going on, and she said they had me booked with someone else, who I had never heard of, and they called out sick. So, there was no appointment that day. The next one, I called to confirm my appointment with the person I normally see, the receptionist put me on hold, a few minutes later says, yes, we have that booked for you but with someone else. Ummm, I had these booked since Dec, and you're changing who I'm seeing. Why? She didn't know. I asked for a callback with an explanation. I'm still waiting. This place has gone downhill a lot, and what's happened to me is shady and sneaky. Unprofessional. And honestly, that's what I've heard from former employees, too. Disappointing. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a couples massage on my boyfriends birthday. We were extremely excited to go together and have an enjoyable birthday experience. When we got to elements massage, they put us in separate rooms because the couples room was taken.... I signed up for a couples massage for a present, not single massages. I was so disappointed because it was a gift and was supposed to be something we did together. The only thing elements massage did for us was give us extra time on our next massage. Meaning, I still have to pay $108 for a massage but can get an extra half hour. Some people may enjoy this, but sounds like they just want more money and don't care that. The manager then called and apologized and we got a complimentary couples massage. The manager was so apologetic and kind and we will definitely be back! read more

Great customer service, very professional with talented masseuses. My only complaint is that I pay for 60 minute massages but in reality it's only about 45-50 minutes. The masseuses always leave for about 5-7 minutes when I first get in in order to give me privacy to take clothes off and get under covers. It takes me about 30 seconds to get ready and end up laying there for another 5 to 6 minutes waiting for the masseuses to get back in. Furthermore the massage always ends 5 - 7 minutes early as well so at the end of the day it feels like the Subway effect, buy a foot long sub and end up getting only 10 inches. I have the monthly subscription and I'm nitpicking but it's still something that annoys me a little. Other than that I've had good experiences. read more

I tried to book an appointment for a session that I had already paid for but they wouldn't honor it saying it was expired. The session was already paid for and shouldn't have been expired. I have been a member here since July/August '15. I believe if you take care of your body, it takes care of you. I have been getting my monthly massages from Ceciley. She is the best! I tell her whats bothering me and she works her magic. I love that she has a firm pressure and isn't afraid to dig into my muscles to loosen them up. I find massage therapists, no matter how many times you tell them you want firm pressure, they are always hesitant to give you want you want. Ceciley is great because at the end of my session, i feel so refreshed. Most months I am super sore but there are a few times that I just need to relax and loosen up. I honestly find this one splurge I give myself every month is worth it! I highly recommend Elements and Ceciley. Staff is super nice! I m always greeted with a smile. read more

Then they canceled just one of the massages when we were supposed to go together. Couldn't get us back in together until August. This is my regular place that I go once a month for "maintenance" or even focused attention. I love my deep tissue massage with Daymen that keeps me in check and alignment. He is extremely attentive to whatever I need that month, sometimes all over and sometimes more attention in legs or hips as a Zumba instructor or shoulders and back because work has had me staring at a computer. I have been going to this salon for about 3-4 years now regularly and have had other therapists as well-- all good. Last couple times I saw Ellen who was great for deep tissue massage. She seems to know what areas need the most work. my visit was barely a massage never mind being therapeutic. The "therapist" had to be very new as they were extremely timid and draping was terrible and made me feel awkward and alert. I expressed my feelings through email after they sent me a message that they wanted to know how they did. Never heard back. I thought- assumed that the massage therapist a there would have all had same training - however for the amount of $ for a treatment I would not even take the chance on wasting time and money another treatment because it was so off base from any massage I've ever had. Never mind the fact the concerns I spoke about before the massage never were addressed it was a routine they did and only touched about 30% of my body again due to draping. customer service was negative after receiving no email, call to even follow up.
