One star is being generous. They will send you a an e-mail and a reminder call to remind your appointment and when you show up at that day and time they will tell you it is tomorrow. When you try to show them the email to let them know you got reminders with the wrong date and time they will refuse to look at it. It's just bad service with at an uncaring big box chain massage parlor, that lacks customer care. read more

I think it's crazy that they charge $20 more for a prenatal Massage. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and wanted a massage, because they throw the word "prenatal" in there it costs more. I had a gift certificate for a 60 minute massage that I presented the front desk with prior to my appointment, they knew I was expecting and said nothing about how the gift certificate wouldn't cover the full cost of the massage until I was ready to leave. Then, they had a special for first time customers, $30 off your first massage there, they wouldn't honor that deal with a gift certificate...fabulous! I would be a repeat customer but this all just annoyed me. My opinion of the prenatal massage here was that it was less than subpar, they barely apply any pressure and it's not satisfying. Also, I prefer not chatting during the whole massage, it's not relaxing at all. Put some relaxing music on and let the customer enjoy her $129 60 minute massage because that it was the cost is for a non-member "prenatal" massage. read more

been a member for years recently cancelled a message 48 hours in advance and booked a new one was charged for cancelled message, not only was I charged but the employee was beyond rude to me. I asked for a little customer service and was told "I can't offer any customer service I don't have a computer" clearly the staff does not know what customer service is! The manager called me and just screamed at me out of control. I have cancelled my membership and will be going else where for sure! Elements massage there are other places to get a massage you are not the only kid on the block and I will be buying my gift certificates else where as well. I've have had a few massages here and everything was great. Clean environment and friendly staff. A suggestion to elements massage, is to change your website when booking appointments. I had book an appointment online Thursday, I believe , after I chose a day and time that was available , it asked me if I like to leave any notes for the therapist. Then a page opened saying the date of the appointment time and the therapist name. As I traveled 20 minutes to my appointment , I was told they had nothing booked under my name and that when booking online is tricky. Well let me ask you this? What is the point of booking online if you're not guaranteed an appointment? Also, wouldn't it be nice for a message to say "if this spot is available you'll be contacted by one of our team members to confirm. I was furious! It looks like you have an appointment the way it's set up! I've talked highly about elements and referred people to try you out. Do everyone a favor , and fix your misleading website! read more

I have had the pleasure of seeing various therapists and every one has been so thorough, knowledgeable, professional and always helpful with suggestions for stretching or excercizes. There is nothing I would change about this place. The BF and I had a relaxing 55 minute couples massage with Lauren and Andie. I have had several massages before this one and I have to say that this one was the best. I specifically asked for her to work out the knots in my shoulders and back, and it was refreshing that she actually listened.
