This was my first time at this location. I go to get my massage this morning and the front desk girl (black hair didn't get her name) tells me that she tried to call and text me this morning to inform me my masseuse Michelle called out. I DONT have a single call or text from them informing me of this. I even showed her my phone. She then had the audacity to tell me "you won't be charged for rescheduling." Well I hope not! I wasn't the one who canceled the freaking appointment and then had my guest drive there without informing them? She was extremely rude about it and wasn't going to able to have an accommodation for the next four days. I would never recommend this location. I was a little concerned that whoever I got wasn't going to be able to apply the pressure I wanted. I'd been seeing the same massage therapist for years, she moved away, and it's been over a year since my last massage. When Carlos called me back, I didn't have high hopes. I was very wrong. His pressure level was perfect! At some points I was cringing, but he did exactly what I asked him to. He regularly asked how the pressure was, but not too often as to interrupt. He has a very kind, calm energy about him, and I am so glad I found him. I have seen him twice now and I will continue to see him because he really is great at what he does. I'm sure all the therapists here are great, but I'm going to stick with him. read more

1. The member pricing is still way higher than most 60 min massages elsewhere. A monthly membership shouldn't be something you can only use once a month when a fee is associated and deducted whether you have used the service or not. Any other service I am billed monthly for is unlimited....tanning, gym, electric, water, rent, health insurance etc. all of which are unlimited. Or you could have a free membership like the stores do such as Frys, Albertsons etc. In which you are a member and are entitled to discounts such as less for a monthly massage etc. It feels almost wrong to take a monthly membership for something that may or may not even be used that month. 2. When I am billed monthly for this massage at $69 when an hour should never be more than $60 AND the massage time is never more than 45-50 mins is the worst thing I have ever experienced. I get started a few minutes after my appt time and the massage therapist has already left the room with 7 mins of my hour to go...what? I did not pay to undress and dress and give the tip in the lobby during my 60 min massage. Any non-commercial therapists or companies ensure a full hour everytime no excuses. 3. I have never had more anxiety in getting a massage then this place. The reason for the anxiety is related to #2. You are so rushed that if you ask for a full body it seems as though they are running a marathon on you trying to get you done and gone. You can't relax because they are speeding from top to bottom back to top and bottom on the other side so your constantly moving and don't have a chance to breath. In Gilbert, an Asian foot reflexology is across the street is not only cheaper for a FULL hour but runs circles around Elements which is very telling. 4. The massage therapists are GREAT and I have no complaints about their massages other than the fact they have been programmed to minimize the massage to 45 mins and to rush as fast as you can through it. This is NOT the massage therapists fault it IS the companies. 5. Anything you do is an upgraded charge. You can't get an aromatherapy scent for your inflated hour massage pricing that will end after 45 minutes but you have to pay extra for it. Another therapist in the salon also within the same parking lot includes cupping, hot stones, and any aromatherapy at no additional charge to the massage. The prices are also less and she sets a timer with no sound as soon as you start and end so the time is warranted and you end on time or a couple minutes later. (Great customer service and satisfaction) 6. This one, I may need take further to address because it is beyond misleading. They ask all their "members" if they want to leave a tip which of course is normal after a massage. They do give you an opportunity to say what you want to leave and it can be anything. However, when you come out of the massage and are less attentive and they ask they give you a chart of what to tip per length of massage and for an hour they point to a 20% tip and ask if that is what you want? If you say yes they don't charge a 20% tip on what you paid but rather that someone else paid at $20 for the tip. So I have been charged on numerous occasions much more than I agreed aka 20% on my already debit charge. If you charge me more than that we have a PROBLEM! So unfortunately not being transparent and lack of honesty will call for further action! read more

She is knowledgeable and thorough in determining the 'trouble' spots and helping those muscles that need TLC. Her cupping techniques add to recovery for sport and deep tissue needs. I made an appointment online and didn't have a specific request other than someone who could perform a deep tissue massage. I made the appointment and on the morning of the therapist called in sick. The team at Elements Massage contacted me and found another therapist who could fit me in the same time slot. The therapist that I ended up with was Lyndsey. I can not tell you how incredible she was. She was perfection. The BEST massage I have had in a long time. I felt "worked" in a good way Lol. I had a desire to find a replacement for Massage Envy, but I still haven't found what I'm looking for. Massages are the sweetest thing, and I need a place close by with extended hours to match my schedule. Unfortunately, Elements is not the one. It was a beautiful day for a massage seeing how I was hunched over the computer at work for two weeks straight since New Year's Day. My therapist, Theresa, gave me a nice massage. Not painful enough that I was asking for mercy, but not wonderful enough to have me shouting "gloria!" I hated the too-warm therapy room and its loud ticking clock. I didn't stay for long; in fact, I made my exit immediately after getting a lame sales pitch about a monthly wellness plan. While I will walk on by Elements, they have a great location near Sprouts, and I'm sure they will continue to stay in business, with or without you. read more

I must say I did get a good massage, but I have no intention on going back. 1. Everyone there tried to sell, upsell and or sign me up for their members only nonsense. Stop it, this irritates me as a spa goer. 2. There are ZERO amenities, the lobby is tiny, the rooms sterile little cubicles. 3. The prices are expensive, for the money I can easily go to a nice day spa with things like a sauna and water to drink. Elements seems to think it's somehow something more than a strip mall massage club. It's not. I don't know how they stay in business. It's simply over-priced. read more

I was not going to say a word concerning Elements treatment of me but I just received an e-mail from them asking for a review so here goes. I received a membership from my wife this last Christmas, 2020. I went on line and registered and put in all the needed information that they ask for and thought I was all set. I made an appointment a few days early of my automatic bank withdraw date expecting to pay out of pocket membership fee for my first massage. I was going to give my wife the one monthly massage on the upcoming weekend when she was out of work. I showed up the first time early to fill out paperwork and right away I know something is wrong when the other five people that showed up after me all go back before I do. The receptionist grabs my paperwork and begins to tell me that because I answered one question with a "Yes" they would not be able to give me a massage that morning. The question was: Have you been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid. I don't remember if there was a time period attached to that question or not, but to me and my wife it would not have made a difference. My wife and I are both health care providers so we don't have that luxury of avoiding sick people, especially those with Covid. I told the receptionist to cancel my membership and started to walk out the door. She told me if I wanted to wait ten days and come back I could return if I had not been in contact with anyone who was positive, I could do that, I told her I was not going to quit my job just to get a massage there but instead was going to go to other massage therapy places where health care providers were welcome. She apologized for their policy and stated that of all people, first responders and health care workers need massages, especially now. Funny side note, none of the massage therapists that came out to get their clients were wearing a mask but all the clients were. Does that mean the therapists are there 24/7 with constant testing and under quarantine? The receptionist was right, first responders, healthcare workers and anyone having to take care of possible Covid positive people need massages. We know how to protect ourself at our jobs, because we were trained. Does that mean we will never get it, no. We all have lives outside of work and cannot let fear keep us from living. Cannot be trusted! I have been going to this location on and off for the last few years and have had an up and down experience with Elements Massage. Tonight was a clincher for me though and I will not be returning. The masseuse was excellent. She did a great job and is very good at what she does. The girl at the front desk though, threw me for a big loop when she told me that the amount due was double what I was expecting to pay. I had just signed up to their wellness plan that auto-debits your account each month and gives you a rate of $59 per massage and had a Birthday month discount, so I was confused why my bill was over $110. She explained that I had already had an introductory rate of $59 and that I couldn't get that rate again. I told her that I had just signed up to their monthly plan for the lower rate and she told me that that rate wasn't available to me until next month, mid July. I checked their website, looked at all the signs at their location and there is NOTHING that states that the rate would take over a month to activate. I told her that if there was not notification somewhere listed on their website or brochures or at their location, that it should have at least been disclosed to me verbally at that time. I called to ask them about the plan and it was not mentioned. It was not mentioned to me when I arrived and told them that I would be signing up that night to the plan. It was not told to me when I signed the document. It was only disclosed to me after I had signed the paperwork. I also feel very uncomfortable that, prior to signing up for this club, they had my credit card on file--something I never authorized for them to do. I had not previously signed up to their club and never gave them permission to keep my card number on file. I will be contacting the manager of Elements Massage in the morning about this. It is poor communication on their part--if a rate is not offered until a month and a half later, then it needs to be fully disclosed on their website, in their contracts and made clear to their customers. Because it is not, it makes them appear shady. They were technically dishonest by not disclosing full information and that is not something that I will tolerate and it will be addressed. In the meantime, I will be going to Massage Envy, because the location I've been to has proven themselves reputable time and time again. Elements cannot be trusted. read more

Today I had my first massage ever and it was amazing! My sister had purchased a package deal with Elements and had three massages to give away to friends and I was one of the lucky recipients. While it is true as some of the others have written on here that Elements does not have over the top amenities, I felt very comfortable here from the moment I walked in. They had lemon water sitting on the coffee table in the waiting room along with cookies. They also had a book with the bio's of all of the massage therapists which I thought was a very nice personalized touch. I filled out some paperwork and within a few minutes my massage therapist, Teresa came to get me. She asked me a little bit about the different areas that were bothering me and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was a little tense when she started my massage but I was able to relax after a few moments. She focused a lot of her time on my hips and feet which are my problem areas and she applied just the right amount of pressure. She also did an awesome job releasing the tension in my neck and shoulders. The room was very comfortable and if anything it was a little chilly which I didn't mind because I get hot easily and the coolness of the room felt good. After my massage Teresa met me in the hallway and gave me some information on Epsom salts and aromatherapy which was really great. She also brought me a cold bottle of water. She did mention the massage package deal but only in passing and I did not at all feel pressured. I stopped at the desk to leave a tip and they did ask me if I wanted to re-book and I chose not to at this time but I still did not feel any pressure from the receptionist. Overall in comparison to other package deal type of places I did not feel the least bit of pressure from Elements. Just for this fact I will definitely be back. I think that this is how it should be. Keep the low pressure feeling in place and you will get many more re-books. I will be back to see Teresa. I think I just found one of my new favorite escapes. read more

Either way, I had transitioned into seeing Anthony for some more trigger point massage therapy due to my plantar fas. issue and he is awesome! Anthony's massages are very therapeutic and effective. In addition, he is extremely professional and always takes a few moments to really understand exactly what you need. He gets an A++ in my book! read more

After my original review, I was contacted by the owner/manager and invited back to try their services again. I have been travelling out of town quite a bit, so my wife went in my place. She is also athletic and enjoys a regular massage, so I felt she would give the same review I would. Her visit was exceptional. The masseuse who helped her was knowledgeable and polite, and very conscious of her comfort at all times. Like me, she noticed that Element's focus is on the medical/therapeutic benefits of massage, which gives it a different flavor from many other local boutiques. We definitely recommend Element's now, after this experience. We also always appreciate a business that reaches out to its customers who have had a bad experience. We'll be visiting again. read more

Nothing fancy. Average price for strip mall massage Lynn was AMAZING however. She did such a great job at getting my knots out. She was polite and did not try to up sell me on anything. Was very knowledgeable. The front desk briefly mentioned their membership, but didn't push anything on me. Very polite. It is a little silly to have a $20 increase after the first service, unless you enroll. You have a highly rated spa across the street only charging $55 flat rates. Just my 2 cents. read more

From the time I called, to arriving, to the massage, to leaving this place is awesome. I left my last place because the staff just quit caring and my favorite person left. This location is closer to my work but a little further from home but it works. I called they explained the wellness program to me, recommended a few therapist to me. I got scheduled in and showed up that Friday. From the time I walked in they welcomed me, made sure everything was fine, explained the process, and went through everything. My therapist was awesome, attentive and worked on my back which has tons of problems. The 90 minutes flew by but I walked out of there feeling so much better then walking in. I signed up for their wellness program and will be back a couple times a month to keep my back from going bad again! Jessica and Becca were my therapists, and let me tell you, they know what they're doing! Jessica was my first therapist. She helped loosen the muscles and release some stress.
