Not greasy oil all over but nice product and she worked hard on my beat up body. She did have to leave for a minute but said " Im very sorry" Wow, that's all I needed she was sincere. This place is very clean, the room was a little dark and there are 3 beds/chairs per room so you have to share room with other customers that was a little weird. But you are fully dressed. My massage therapist was very attentive and constantly checked with me if the pressure he used was ok and I appreciated that. Their towels were not soft thought and that hurt my skin a bit. I spent $100 at Lifetime for a 90 minutes massage and this place only charges $30 for an hour. Although I am comparing apple to orange you are paying extra $$$ for the atmosphere at lifetime, iced cold water, and soft towels. :-) read more

One I the worst massage experiences ever. For 90 minutes all I heard was the therapist chewing gum, people loudly talking and walking in and out, plus actual elevator music - the bad renditions of 80's songs. The technique was not even poor - it was non-existent. The massage consisted of slight pressing by barely leaning. When the receptionist asked if I enjoyed it I said no and told her about the gum chewing and poor massage. All she said was, "oh, that was rude." She then asked if I had a loyalty card or if this was my first time. I said it was my first and last time. She replied, "Well, that will be $45." UNBELIEVABLE. read more

My daughter and I have been customers for over a year and I was appalled when we went to pay for our service and I was told that I have to tip 20%. ( We were not asked if we were happy with the service...and clearly with us leaving a 10% tip It wasn't the worse service. Just not worth a 20% tip) However after being told we have to give 20% I wanted zero out the tip I left all together. So I google the etiquette in tipping for massages therapy service: Is gratuity appropriate for massage therapy services? First of all, tipping is optional. Just like with other services, if you have a horrible-awful-no-good-very-bad experience, don't tip. I have had a few other smaller issues over past year that I have been understanding and looked past. As they were minor. However this was what put me over the top. We will no longer be customers. So let me explain why I was unhappy, the person who massaged me is a smoker and all I could smell was smoke and old smelling lotion as he rubbed my face and neck. It was so bad when I returned home I was asked if I had been around a smoker. One would think that he would have washed his hands before massaging me. So customer beware! read more
