I go to these places a lot, even in other states, because you get a massage a lot less expensively than a full body massage and I can get in quickly and get the benefits of a massage with out having to plan ahead. My schedule is super busy all the time, so when I get a free evening, I call and always get right in. Now, this place is not the most fanciest I've been in, but the prices are amazing and the massage is top rated (in my opinion). The last time I went, it was slow, so the lady told me to take off my top and undo my bra. That was awesome cause she wasn't trying to reach in my neck line to rub my back etc... Received 2 gift certificates for my birthday, called to set up an appointment for three people. The lady stated rudely that both certificates expires starting it's only valid for 90 days. What business offers gift certificates that's only valid for 90 days there was nothing written or disclosed on the certificate stating that. She was so rude and accused us of tampering with the certificates. She finally offered to honor us one service but there was so much negativity that we decided to walk out and will never come back to this place. Worst reflexology place ever. My family has lived in the surrounding area for 15 years. We gave this place a shot about a decade ago and it was a not good. Today we decided to give it another chance since our go to place was all booked up and it was the worse reflexology experience ever. To start they essentially forced us to take our shirts off after we said we didn't want to. And then were super careless and inconsiderate at keeping us covered throughout the massage. The three of them talked extremely loud to each other for the first 10-15 minutes of the massage. The women who was doing my mother was on her cellphone the whole time texting / scrolling social media and literally giving her a one handed massage. We got an hour massage with 30min back and 30min foot. The same lady doing my mom was just scratching her leg the whole time so my mom asked her to get the soul of her foot. My mom watched her turn to the other women and roll her eyes. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The women who was working on me put a really hot towel on my back and left it there. I jumped up and yelled bc it was too hot. The women was laughing and snickering for the following 5 minutes about it. Don't waste your time of money here. Literally paid to be tortured. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! I work in the service industry and have done so for 5+years so I'm very understanding when it comes to mishaps and inconveniences that are out of your control but this..... beyond inexcusable. Let's start from the beginning... Me and my fiancé made an appointment at 11:45am for a full body couples massage. Keep in mind, we regularly would visit the foot reflexology in Ahwatukee and always had a great experience so we figured this location would show the same professionalism and integrity. Wrong haha.. We showed up for our appointment and we were taken immediately to the back and placed in a room to begin our massages. They did leave the curtain wide open and didn't take a moment to shut it which would be weird since I was undressing but no big deal!! The woman seemed busy and rushed so she must've just forgot. Honest simple mistake.. Me and my fiancé laid down to begin and our masseuses came in the room talking VERY loudly to each other. Didn't end there. My fiancé's masseuse took out her phone and made a phone call.... and spoke (screamed) on the phone.... ON SPEAKER PHONE!!!! We've only been in there for 3 minutes and already they're acting like we are not there and they can just take phone calls... After 8-10 minutes of being on the phone and making various outgoing phone calls (still allll on speaker) she finally hung up and finally started my fiancé's massage 15 minutes late... The women then began to talk to each other again, loudly, and made it impossible for us to relax. I wish this was the end of it.. My fiancé's masseuse kept leaving the room every 10 minutes for a few minutes at a time and would answer her cell phone or would just excuse herself. I asked my lady if she was going to ever come back because his lady had, at one point, left for 5 minutes!! Finally a totally new masseuse came in to take care of my poor fiancé who has been neglected this entire time. Now the massages itself were fine, nothing to complain about there! It was just hard to get into that relaxing state of mind with all the chatter and disorganization. Ugh here's the worst part (in my opinion) My lady had me flip on my back and lay face up because she was going to start my legs/feet, I positioned my hands on my stomach, and she yells "BABY??" Now yes, I am 4 months pregnant and I should've said something to her regarding that but I have zero bump and not showing in the least... I have no discomfort laying on my stomach (literally not a bump to be found) and consulted my OBGYN before going whom said it is perfectly safe to get massages while pregnant, it helps circulation and blood flow. The woman only thought I was pregnant because of the way I placed my hands on my stomach since she never noticed UNTIL I put my hands there. I confirmed I was AND SHE SLAPPED MY FOOT. She started pointing and scolding me for being so irresponsible and then had the audacity to beckon over other employees to tell them them how bad it was that I was there getting a massage!!! I started arguing back with them of course because I would never do anything to harm my baby. It was me vs 3 of the employees now..I repeatedly told them I am allowed to get a massage, I'm out of my first trimester, it's okay, it's safe, etc. They disagreed and began talking about me in Chinese which I knew because she was pointing at my stomach and making faces while she spoke... How dare they make me feel so uncomfortable and judged... I would've walked out right then and there but I only had a few minutes left at the point so I figured I'd suck it up and finish. They ended my massage and continued my fiancé's since he was ignored for so long which forced me to redress in front of his masseuse which made me feel slightly uncomfortable.. I got up and left. But not without making a statement to one of the women saying " I've never been so uncomfortable in my life". My fiancé then rejoined me. We left. Paid. And will never come back. She was having multiple conversations, making multiple calls. She literally spent 5 minutes scratching my left foot because she was paying attention to her conversation, not the massage. This was quite the experience, I had a couple massage technically (person I was with was not my partner) and was taken to the back immediately, which was nice. They basically told us without telling us verbally that we had to take our shirts off to which we were confused bc that's not common in the reflexology places we've been to. So we do and the ladies come in, we are laying facedown and both ladies essentially force my bra off of me while one was yelling at me and the other woman, I felt like a child getting my clothes changed it was low key funny, but my boobs were out and that wasn't cool but whatever, they actually laughed about it. Massage continues until they get to lower body and get my attention to motion to lower my pants, so I start to unbutton and when I do they grab and pull them down to about where half my ass is out, again I had to kind of accept that they don't care about your comfort. The other lady kept taking phone calls and talking on the phone and loudly to the other woman while also leaving the room consistently, horrible manners. I did give them one back when she had to rub my hairy legs, which they also conversed about. The massage itself was well done and nice so I can't complain about that, their manners were unacceptable and based off of assumptions it seemed like only the owner of the place would behave like that. read more

I have never had this type of massage on a lower bed, and to be honest, it definitely threw me a little when my masseuse would climb all over the bed to put pressure on and get every crick that I didn't even know existed! So I found myself needed a massage after pulling a muscle or nerve this weekend. Talk about scary, I could barely walk. Found a place thru the trusty yelp app open late on a Sunday evening. We called to verify that they were open and made an appointment for 730. We hurried up and made our way over to the location. Turns out they're closed at 7 on Sunday and somehow their listing shows 9 instead. Most of the places we found that we're open on Sunday closed at 7 so we felt bad but we didn't know. One of the ladies was already home and she cleaned up and hurried back to work prior to us showing up just to take care of us. Just amazing! The wife says this is one of the best massages she's had so far and I left being able to stand straighter and walking better so we are super happy and how amazing was it for them to take us even though they were closed. Let me start off by saying this is the worst foot spa's I have ever experienced in my 12 years of receiving reflexology treatments. I booked an appointment, and show up to a sewage smelling office....where I almost left due to that smell. This lady walks out and says "hi...what you want" in an unfriendly tone....doesn't ask my name, so I let her know I have a 10am appointment for a one hour reflexology treatment. So we go back into a room that smells better than the front office, but she had the fans on full blast. The beds were flat when she was soaking my feet, so my low back was in pain until she took my feet out. She started off with my face, then started grinding into my shoulders...which felt like she had dry knuckles and was exfoliating my skin. I asked her what her name was to break this negative vibe I was feeling....she said "Amy", and never asked for my name. The whole time she worked on me, it was as though she hated what she was doing. I've been doing massage over 25 years, and I come to get treatments for therapeutic and relaxation of my body and mind....not the case here!!! When I flipped over for her to work on my back, the towel she put down for the face area was so dry and rough....I was almost going to leave at that point, but kept thinking to myself it might get better. She kept putting her elbow into my spine and poking me really hard on the center of my sacral. After the fourth time of telling her that she was on my spine, she stopped that but continued to poke my sacral with her thumbs....don't get me wrong, I love deep massage, but not on my spine!!! When Amy was done, she said "ok, you done"...and walks out. I sit up and couldn't find my hair tie....so I let her know, she turns on the lights and I notice how dirty it was in there! The sheets looked as though they haven't been washed, there was body hair (some looked like pubic hair on the table next to mine)....I just wanted to get out of there ASAP!!! I paid even though it wasn't worth it, and as I'm leaving...she says to me "you forget tip", and I replied "no", and walked out. Not once did I feel any positive energy from this place, or from Amy! This is one of our favorite places because my hubby and I always leave here happy and relaxed :) They do take appointments in advance but it's usually a spur-of-the-moment thing for us and they've always been able to accommodate us fairly quickly. If we have to wait for longer than a few minutes, we just go nextdoor to the Copper Moonshine Grille for a drink and someone calls or comes over to get us when they're ready. $40 for a 60 minute body/feet combo massage is a pretty sweet deal.
