Nitin was very kind and concerned about my condition and worked very hard to get the knots out of my back, buttocks and leg. Nitin was extremely professional during the massage and worked tirelessly to make me feel better. When I come back to Highlands Ranch, I will definitely stop by and get a massage from Nitin. The actual massage by Elijah was great! He was very communicative and did a wonderful job. However, the payment process was not so good. I had received a gift card for a one hour massage, but when I was checking out it would not work. AMAZING PRENATAL MESSAGE BUT NOT VERY ACCOMMODATING!!! My hubby pampered me with the message session before the baby shower. Due to the construction going on around the complex, I arrived little late but I still have to fill out the forms wasting more time from the message itself. The masseuse was good and the table was setup with side body pillow to allow me lie comfortably on the side. The message was great and I was very comfortable but the message ended 5 mins before scheduled making it 15 min total loss time. I would be more than happy to go there if I wasn't cheated out of 1/4 of message time. read more

I belong to massage envy for 2 months. I have been unable to get a massage when I need. They keep pushing facials... I tried Elements... got an appointment within a few hours, therapist was great. Only negative was the therapist was leaving and so I could not book again with her. Elements is priced nicely if you do the monthly package. Otherwise $140 is too much for 90 min. But I would go back. I'm looking to cancel my massage envy as it's way to restricted to get appointments. read more

Had some time to kill after a flight so I stopped in to get a 90 minute massage while waiting for my hotel. Working in the health and wellness industry, I know flying takes a toll on the body! The facility looks brand new and is very clean. I saw Mallory and she was great. I had a very relaxing experience and she was even able to identify an imbalance in my left vs. right hip that I know I've had for a while, but have been admittedly putting on the back-burner. I bought a groupon (it was a smokin' deal let me tell you!) I scheduled my appointment with Katrina. She listened to where my problem areas were and did a great job! I love Elements. I am from AZ and went to Elements there, so when I found an Elements here in Colorado I was very excited! I am looking forward to going back. I will say it is next to a BBQ restaurant and I could smell the BBQ from next door- I was extremely hungry during my massage so that was a little distracting, other than that I was very relaxed. read more

This place is always great if you want to get in and out for a massage. I work at an upscale spa in South Denver so I'm used to a little more high tech massage or ayurvedic techniques but they get the job done when I have arthritis pain or bad cramps. Robert has just the right amount of strength but is gentle as well if you don't like deep tissue. Would recommend over Massage Envy or anything like that. read more

If you have sciatic pain go see Trevor! I had an injury that caused sciatic pain daily for the past 10 years. I went in for a massage on a whim and was introduced to Trevor. We got to talking about my acute pain and he told me he could do some work specifically for that. He recommended I come in for three 90mn sessions every four weeks and after only two sessions I can say I have not felt sciatic pain in weeks. He really does great, personalized massages! read more

Although my wife and I enjoyed the massages - not bad for $59, we decided to cancel our membership. Upon receipt of our cancellation form on 6/30/14 we were told we would still be charged on 7/1/14. We were charged on 7/1/14. To our surprise, we were charged again on 8/1/14. After phone calls, emails and calling our bank, we finally got the charge reversed. I am very disappointed that Elements refused to give my husband a massage because he works in he Emergency Room. He has worked tirelessly to take care of patients and to be turned away felt very discriminatory. I even called ahead to see if it was ok and they said yes. EXPIRED......I purchased (2) 2 for 1 massages on a special in 2012. I have use 2 of the 4 total massages. When trying to book them over the last year I had a hard time getting a female massage therapist and didn't book. When I booked a massage for today I was told that my massages expired 6 months ago. I was never told they would expire or given a receipt (was a phone purchase) or given gift cards that said they expired. Ana Marie the NEW owner was very nice and professional but I'm not happy that she purchased the business in June obviously didn't get the original money for the massages I purchased and now will not honor them. read more

Found this place because of a Groupon deal. Was looking to get a massage the day after my marathon and got a great price for a 90-minute massage. Friendly front desk remembered why I had scheduled the appt (the day after Colfax) and asked about how the marathon went. Peaceful environment in the lobby with fresh citrus water to sip on while you wait, which doesn't end up being very long One of the best massages I've ever had! When we signed up for a membership at the Highlands Ranch, Colorado location we were told we could easily use our membership at any of the locations nationally. We had numerous issues trying to schedule massages at various locations so we made the decision to terminate our membership. First, they wouldn't accept my termination request over the phone so I had to physically drive to the location. Then, I spoke with this location's sales team member "Mattie" about terminating (she wouldn't give me her last name as she deemed that "intrusive"). She was less than helpful as she could not provide proof of termination to me and said she would email it to me. That's why I asked for her full name in case I didn't receive the email - so she said I was rude for asking for her full name. Wow! Run from this place! read more

I have been coming to Elements for several years now. The front desk staff is always very welcoming, and acknowledges you immediately upon arrival. I love that you can request a therapist (not be assigned to the next available therapist/time slot). If you are living with any kind of pain, you know how debilitating and frustrating it is on your day to day activities and life in general. I have had numerous surgeries on my neck and TMJ with a lot of residual scar tissue, spasms, and pain, I also sit at a desk 8+ hours a day. Chris does a phenomenal job in deep tissue massage. He is able to target these areas to help ease the pain and improve my mobility issues. There have even been times it has been so relaxing I have fallen asleep. This was a wonderful surprise and saved me the aggravation of calling them back. The therapist I had seen in the past no longer worked there so the receptionist asked me a bunch of questions regarding my preferences with massages. She matched me with a FANTASTIC therapist who was experienced and could react to what my muscles were doing instead of just going through a routine. When paying for the service the receptionist was not pushy about their monthly membership and provided me information about the program to take home. I visited this studio on 8/9/13. It was nice and clean. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and professional. The therapist was great (and I consider myself an expert in receiving massages). She really listened to my needs, and delivered pretty well, considering it was her first time working with me. I'm sure the better she gets to know me, the massages will be awesome, without me telling her specifically what my needs are. I've got a pretty hectic schedule and they really worked with me to try to accommodate my needs. The membership will work well for me because it will make it easy for me to get regular work without having to remember to schedule it in. I can just make my next appointment before I leave, and know I'll already have it paid for. The new owner followed up with me a few days after the service, to make sure I was happy, and I also received a survey via email. The new owner, AnnMarie, was very professional and helpful by guiding me to pick which massage would be the best for me. I love Elements and have been a member for years. I love my therapist Stephanie who can do a clinical deep tissue massage for my sciatica issues. Staff is friendly and competent. Since it has been under new management, there has been consistency, upgrades and professionalism. I also love how I can share my banked massages with a family member or a friend. Hot stone and aromatherapy are great additions to the massage. If you have an HSA, it's a great way to use your pretax benefit. I highly recommend the Red Cedar location. read more
