The staff is always so friendly and lovely. I have the monthly membership which reminds me to take care of myself. You can add someone to use your packages and you can go to any location! The packages never expire which is nice. I've had a lot of different therapists and they're always awesome! You can always let them know if you need more or less pressure to make sure you're comfortable. I've had my mom and husband get their massages and they both enjoyed their massages as well. Once you find a therapist you like you can always request an appointment with them. There's a Mother's Day special at the moment. Had one of my best deep tissue therapeutic massages here. But am severely disappointed they no longer do direct insurance billing to Regence anymore, which was the main reason I came here. My PCP from Legacy has referred a lot of clients here just for that reason and they stopped doing direct billing back in October of 2023. All they do now is create a 'super bill' for you that you can submit to you insurance for reimbursement (common at other places too), which is just not the same convenience and is actually a pain in the ass. So I found a new place that's closer to home and still does direct billing to Regence Blue Cross. Otherwise, the Elements L.O. is clean and modern, lots of staff, lots of hours open including weekends, easy parking in shared lot next to New Seasons, disabled friendly. If you are in a room that shares a wall with the pizza place, you can hear their music through the wall faintly, not a deal breaker as the therapist music is more dominant, but noticeable. Getting a great therapist is always a little hit or miss, but I lucked out. Guy was plenty strong and dug in deep as requested, which is what I always need... no pain no gain! Very straight forward, no asking for extra tip money, no questionable services offered. Haaaa! read more

I had a membership with for about two years but recently cancelled it because from an administrative standpoint they are the absolute worst. The last 4 out of 5 times I've been scheduled, I've been turned away because of a last minute cancelation. They say they call but I haven't received any calls. They closed on a mild snow day but didn't call to cancel, didn't change their outgoing voicemail to say they were closed and certainly didn't pick up the phone or bother to return my message. They have 6.5 hours worth of stockpiled funds but when I requested they return it I just get a blank stare for the receptionist and zero calls from the manager who as far as I can tell is never on site. If you actually want to have a massage, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Initially I had a gift card or special purchase about 8 months prior & could of used it sooner. Found to be a bit of a challenge to get booked in, I had a specific type of herbal remedy to select. This changed. I remember being put on hold & left hanging to be hung up or dropped. My guess was short staffed, But She did call Me back about 15-20+ min later & apologised. From the moment I walked in the front desk was very friendly and professional. I got the chance to meet the owner and he is very passionate about customer service and making sure that every client is 100% satisfied. After asking me about my needs and what areas I needed massaged they paired me with a therapist, they offer many other services such as cupping, aroma therapy and more. My first appointment completed exceeded my expectations and then some. The rooms are very clean, the table is heated, linens crisp and soft, music is very relaxing and lighting is very dim. Jillian is amazing, she is very good and understanding and meeting all expectations. Makes sure you are comfortable on the table and will ask if the pressure is fine or can apply more. Elements of Lake Oswego is a nice place. Comfortable, courteous, and professional. I've been a member there for several years now, getting at least one massage a month. The problem though is turnover. I found one masseuse that I really liked, and she lasted about 6 months before quitting. Tried a lot of other masseuses before finding another that I really liked, and same thing, she left after 6 months or so. Now I'm struggling to find masseuse #3. I guess this is the nature of this place. It seems to be a destination of masseuses starting out their careers but they seem to get burned out pretty quickly. read more

Right off the bat, the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Earlier, I was matched with Abbie. They said she would most likely be a good fit for me as I was looking for a deep tissue massage. I paid for a 80 minute massage but the masseuse gave me about 10 minutes to undress and ended 10 minutes before the 80 minutes was over to give me suggestions on what types of stretches I should do. I requested for her to concentrate on my shoulders and head but it was clearly ignored. I rarely get massages so I requested a level 2 because I was afraid of being hurt. I barely felt anything with a level 2. It was like having my skin rubbed. I highly suggest getting at least a level 3. (4 is the highest). I was really disappointed with the experience here. The front desk staff was great and friendly as was the LMT. However I asked for a relaxation massage, and explained clearly what areas I wanted worked and that I liked a lot of effleurage, and I ended up receiving a deep tissue massage and was shorted time. With any service like this, it may take some time to find your best fit, but the nice part about Elements is that there are many different massage therapists all in one spot. I tried at least four therapists in the beginning. Yes, I got a few massages that weren't my style, but it was worth trying different therapists to find Stephanie, who has given me consistently excellent massage for two years! We're about to move out of state, and I wish I could take her with me! The front desk staff and owners are very nice and helpful. They remember your name and details about you, showing that they care about their clientele. I wear all proper PPE as outlined by the CDC (PAPR, negative pressure rooms, full contact isolation gowns etc) and follow much safer guidelines than the average person walking down the street. This business is discriminatory against frontline healthcare workers and they will never receive business from me. I had a terrible experience with Shawn. I started going for pain relief about two weeks ago and feeling better after he worked on me. Then I go today and they tell me Shawn doesn't feel like his treatments are helping me improve and doesn't feel comfortable working on me anymore. I was just amazed, humiliated as the owner tells me this in front of the entire lobby staff. Shawn didn't even bother to ask how I was feeling, just made assumptions as if he is the medical provider and not considering how the therapy is helping me. Shawn should not be a massage therapist if he feels his massages are not helping people feel better! I have never had such poor, unprofessional treatment anywhere else. Either they have a bias against colored people or they shouldn't be in the practice of massage therapy! This experience poisoned me to Elements Massage and would never recommend them! read more
