I repeatedly asked for my appointment back but she refused. And when I checked my credit card. They had charged me $89. But my services were supposed to be $149. And half of $149 is not $89. Check the math. So I then texted them and said that I had a gift card and they should credit my credit card for the $89 and I gave them the number from my gift card to charge my $75.50 cancellation to. And they will not respond. So I guess I will just buy their products on-line because I will never enter their spa. Hope their products are better than their customer service.
