When we got there, one lady was setting us up and the second lady seemed upset that we wanted to keep the massages together instead of wife getting facial first while I start a massage. A third boss lady walked in, strictly told the ladies in their language something and they snapped to attention. The boss lady then said, right this way to your 1.5 hour couples massage. While walking in she talked me into buying an extra hour massage for my feet while they do wife's facial afterwards. I wanted the day to go smooth so I just accepted. I had planned to go shopping during her extra hour. The massages were excellent from both ladies, absolutely nothing to complain about and we were both in heaven afterwards. We go upstairs to start the facial and do my extra hour of massage. The lady (did my second hour) and boss lady (did my wife's facial) BOTH did amazing work and we loved every minute. On the way out, after increasing my spend there from $300 to $405 I tipped each lady $20 cash ($60) which I based as 20% off my original $300 bill (not the extra $105 added on for the hour I was forced into) the main lady says "only $60 for three workers". I gave her another $20! Overall a very great time, just not cool to downplay a 20% tip after dropping $405. The massage was A+, the atmosphere was an A, and the facial was an A+. We will return.

I booked a last minute pedicure and manicure appointment through ClassPass. I booked the…read moreappointments 45 minutes before hand. I showed up at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. When I showed up, the owner warmly greeted me. She was doing a manicure on a client. I informed her I had just booked an appointment through ClassPass. I was told not to book two appointments at a time as it is confusing. I was asked if I could wait about 30-45 minutes because it was only two individuals working. Both individuals had clients. I informed the owner of my timeline, and she said it was possible. Once the owner finished with the client, she took me for my no polish manicure. I apparently have a lot of skin. She took her time to remove the excess skins, but I was cut. The owner did my pedicure and removed my calluses (she said ooh after feeling my calluses LOL. Unlike most places who use a throwaway plastic to align the foot bath, that is not the case there. My toe nails looked good. I had to cut some of the service out as I had a time crunch. If you have the time required, it's a good place to get a manicure and pedicure. If I am in the area, I would go back minus the small cuts. I would also bring my own manicure set to use.

Would have been nice if they were spread out in a glass dish instead of a store bought container that was difficult to get biscotti out. The massage is good! I had Vanity, she listened to my every complaint and it was very relaxing. She has very strong hands which is perfect for me. I recommended her to my daughter for next time. However, another problem that arose after my massage was in the locker room. They have a little container there for cold towels I guess and before and after massage there was none so I just dismissed that. But, the steam room was not operating and I couldn't get it operating and when I mentioned to the front desk folks they didn't seem to care. And actually for what we pay for the massage I should've been able to use it.
