I booked online and had 90 min deep tissue Thai massage with Kate. I arrived a few mins early and was greeted by a friendly guy behind the desk, directed to sit and complete a pre-massage questionnaire, and a few moments later, Kate came and took me through the hallways to find an empty room. The space is cute, but you can tell the building is older because of the creaking floors - it doesn't impact the rest, just making note. Kate looked into a couple of rooms before finding an empty one, which I found strange, as they should have some way of noting which rooms are in use vs. empty, so that's my main suggestion. Kate provided instruction on where to set my personal items, etc and return a few mins later when we were ready to get started. I agreed to allow them to step on me, which was a new experience for me. What I will say is that while Kate was physically on the smaller side, she used everything to dig out any knot she could find - hand, elbows, feet, etc. I have had a few massages over the years and this one hurt the most. I did not tell her to let up because the point of me going was to work them all out. I was left with some redness/bruising in a few areas that got extra attention, but that can be expected. Overall, it was a smooth process from booking until the end. They do offer a slight discount for cash payments, and just FYI: you cannot add tip payments when using a gift card, those must be paid separately.

I came across this place and read multiple reviews about Emily. Y'all... she utilizes that hour amazingly. She worked a good amount of time on my shoulders yet she got to my arms, legs, feet, scalp, all of it. The hot stone was a nice added touch as well! She also gave me water at the end which was nice after an hour long massage. Note: They don't take Amex. Also, you pay up front first. I finally punched in the correct address and called again - voicemail. When I arrived to the location I was "greeted" with a "YOUR 20 MINUTES LATE!" When I let her know what happened, she said, "Well, I have already called someone to fill the spot." If only she had checked her voicemail while making that call...... At this point, I should have just cancelled the groupon but I just figured she was frustrated and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I rescheduled. I finally got my massage and when I arrived, she was just as rude as she was the first time. For whatever reason though, I still had the massage. Honestly, the massage itself was pretty good. When we were finished however, I looked at my phone to see that it was less than a 40 minute massage, I paid for an hour. At that point I was just annoyed and frustrated and left without addressing it. When I emailed to inquire as to why it was so short she explained that the actual massage is 50 minutes hands on and we started early. I know for a fact this was not the case because when I looked at my phone to find the voucher to present to her, it was after 3 o'clock.
