I booked a hair cut for my daughter and she was running a special that includes cut, wash, hair mask, and style. We came about 20 minutes early before my daughter's scheduled appointment and she was ready to take us in, we didn't have to wait. She took the time to talk to my daughter and ask her what type of hair style/cut she wanted and even gave her some tips on how to style her hair for school. I love that she took her time and didn't rush us. She gave my daughter a positive salon experience compared to what she's experienced before. We were then questioned as if we didn't know where WE made our appointment (like "are you sure you didn't book at Supercuts") When she DID get a hold of Carmen, apparently, she wrote down the appointment she made for us on the wrong day and refused to come back to fulfill the appointment she HAD made! No one at the salon would fulfill the appointment! I understand things like this happening, but the absolute refusal to right this wrong in ANY way was shocking!

Love how the front doors remain locked and your person has to come and get you. It gives me a good sense of security! There are two sofas and two lounge chairs in the front in case you want to stay inside and wait for your appointment. Love the decor. It's chic and love the neon lights on one of the walls. Inside is clean and love how it's decorated. Each suite has a clear door and I think it's pretty cool that you can see inside some of them. Others have personalized their door with curtains or a frosted film. Her room was cute! Just enough room for her, her equipment, customers to lay back, and some walkway. She just settled in so I'm sure she will continue to rearrange as she sees fit.
