She gave thoughtful advice, asked great questions to help narrow down what I was looking for, and was able to find additional dresses that matched my style really well. She even found one of my favorite dresses of the entire process. She explained how the dress could be customized and helped show me what a strapless version would look like. Charlotte also went above and beyond by helping take photos and videos from all angles so I could really see what each dress looked like. She even took a video of me walking around in my favorite dress, which was so helpful. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated how attentive, kind, and knowledgeable she was. She knew so many details about the dresses and what customizations were possible. She followed-up with a detailed email on what next steps would look like, and I didn't feel pressure to purchase a dress on the spot. Wedsing Atelier is also Suzanne Neville's authorized flagship store in the US, and those dresses are extremely high quality and have such a secure internal corset. Highly recommend trying them on.
