When I asked if I could go through the wash again or receive a refund, I was told they couldn't do either. I left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously, and the customer service was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I found the owner to be rude and confrontational. I believe businesses should stand behind their work and make things right when customers are dissatisfied. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
