From the beginning, the attitude was dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily abrasive. Asking normal customer questions was treated like a burden. Instead of feeling valued as a paying customer, I felt talked down to and brushed off. There's a major difference between being busy and being disrespectful and this crossed into disrespectful. Professionalism and courtesy cost nothing, yet both seemed completely absent here. There are too many businesses out there that know how to treat customers properly to deal with this kind of behavior.
