I am sooooo happy with Teresa and her work! I took tulle fabric (sheer netting) to her to see if she could embroider on it. (I'm making a bolero for my wedding dress.) She was so helpful and friendly during the whole process. She had not worked with this fabric before, so she tested two different types of embroidery to see what worked best. They looked good, but not the exact treatment I was looking for. Then after trying a third way, wahla! Perfect! I sent custom design to her to digitize and they came out exactly correct. I had to layout the designs in a specific way on the fabric so I could cut out the pattern after it was embroidered. I needed to embroider 12 pairs of basketball shorts with all the attendee's last names written on one side and a date and name of the event on the left side. Never really done this before so I went in to see tess with the shorts and she gave me a couple ideas and printed examples of what it would look like out on paper and taped them to the shorts for a sample. She recommended that we go with white stiching to match the nike logo. I also asked her to embroider the word "GROOM" on the back of the groom's shorts like "juicy" pants. She left her judgment elsewhere and only laughed a little bit so i appreciated that. I needed them done within 10 days and although she was very busy she took on the project and got them to me on time. All of the shorts came out perfect. no spelling errors. and they were all very neatly folded. Thanks Tess!! I couldn't be more happy with the service and price. Teresa helped figure out best placement of the logo on the jacket and even made 3 samples with various color combination for me to choose from. My original design had negative space, and she recommended using the same color thread instead to make the edges sharp. She was right -- her recommendation looks great! MBT is located adjacent to a residence in a residential area on Stelling Rd. about 200 yards north of De Anza college. Blink and you will go right by. But what this business lacks in size is compensated by the great service. I walked into the small office/manufacturing area and saw some very modern embroidery equipment. I explained what I needed and Tess very quickly produced a computer file showing exactly what I would get. We agreed on the art work and the price and she told me it would be ready at 5 the following day. Just as the previous poster did, I brought my white coat to have embroidered. I initially gave them a call to see if they happened to carry a script font that I really liked that wasn't listed on their website, and I was pleasantly surprised when they said they did! When I dropped things off in person, Teresa worked with me personally to finalize the embroidery pattern down to the tee in terms of font size and letter spacing. Later that same evening, I was e-mailed with the finalized formatting as I had requested and it looked great. I just went to pick up the final product today and I'm so pleased with it. After going to six different places and they were either closed or they didn't do embroidery. I was going nuts! I decided to google one last time and I found "Tesss' Embroidery". It is a small business that is somewhat disguised as a house. Teresa was so very nice to me and we talked about what I needed. I wanted black thread on a navy blue scrub and she said it would not look very good, so she showed me different hues of gray. She was patient and courteous. She said she could do what I needed no problem. She said my scrub ready on Monday and I said I needed before that. Teresa said "OK, Ill have it for you later today." I was so relieved! After I left she emailed me a couple hours later to let me know my scrub was ready. Excellent work, great quality, fast, reasonably priced and so courteous. Made by TessS did a great job on embroidering my jacket. I thought it was rather expensive at first, but then I learned that they have a one-time digitizing fee of $45 or $50, so the next time I go there, it will really just come out to about $20 or so. As for the actual quality, it was outstanding. The color shades were exactly the same as the image I gave them and every fine detail came out crystal clear, and they were even able to edit my image to look better.
