If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I explained this to the employee at the counter, and he showed me the available Saturday delivery options. I selected the 10:00 AM Saturday delivery service and paid $136 for this service. Before paying, I specifically asked him more than once, "Are you sure this will be delivered Saturday by 10:00 AM? What happens if it isn't?" He assured me that it would arrive by 10:00 AM and told me that if it did not, I would be eligible for a refund. Based on that information, I paid the $136 because the Saturday delivery was important to me. The package did not arrive on Saturday at 10:00 AM as promised. It was not delivered until Monday, which was not the delivery service I paid for or the delivery date I was promised. The frustrating part is that I specifically asked questions before paying because the Saturday delivery was important to me. I was given a clear assurance about the delivery time and refund, yet now I've been going back and forth through phone calls trying to get my money back and getting nowhere. I also attempted to file a claim online, but the system isn't working properly and isn't giving me a clear way to resolve the issue. Even the FedEx location where I originally paid for the service has not been able to help me get my money back. I paid $136 for a service that was specifically represented to me as a Saturday 10:00 AM delivery, and instead the package arrived on Monday. When the service wasn't provided as promised, I expected the refund I was told I would receive. Instead, I'm having to spend additional time chasing FedEx just to get the resolution I was promised. The delivery failure is one problem, but the lack of customer service and difficulty getting the promised refund has made this experience especially frustrating.
