When I realized the house was free, he managed to fit us in with just one day's notice (even though he usually books a week out), which was such a huge help. On the day of the job, he and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and left the house looking fantastic - they soft washed the entire house, cleaned the windows on both stories, washed and reinstalled all the screens, cleaned the solar panels, and even cleaned out the gutters. What impressed me most was how communicative and courteous JC was. Since I couldn't be there in person, he sent me plenty of photos and videos of the work, and he also pointed out an issue with the roof that I never would have known about otherwise. We paid this company twice. 1st after the inspection was done, and another after they installed the new inverter for us. We paid what the technician told us was owed on the spot after they did their work. Over 6 months later, we get a call from them stating we did not pay the required installation cost. We paid what the technician told us to pay on the spot, same day they finished the install, before they left our property. Now they are saying we owe them more money.
