After more than 20 sugaring services, this is not based on the quality of the providers, but due to the owner's short-sighted policies around their own "customer loyalty" program. When I recently presented my completed loyalty card for the advertised 50 percent discount, I was informed it could only be redeemed with the original provider, who no longer works there. That restriction was not communicated when the card was issued (nor is it printed on the card), and customers have no control over staff turnover. Staff contacted the owner, Kristen, who decided chose not to honor the promotion. While the providers I had, (Nou and Kait) were consummate professionals, the ownership seems to lack focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I happily supported a small business, holding up my side of the equation and expected the owner to do the same. Apparently my loyalty was not a priority and I will take my business elsewhere.

I chose Kait because her sweet smile in the picture just drew me in--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with the warmest energy. I met Christine first, and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Then a stunning Mongolian goddess came out to the lobby (cheekbones for days!), and when I complimented her--because I do not hand those out unless I mean it--she smiled and said, "Oh, you'll be fine," in the sweetest way when I told her I was nervous. And then... there was Kait. She's a dead ringer for Kaley Cuoco--so stinkin' cute--and her energy is pure sunshine. From the moment we started, she talked me through every step, which I so needed, and she made the whole experience feel like catching up over coffee with a friend. The room had low, soothing lighting, relaxing music, and the perfect post-wax oil that made the whole thing feel like a mini spa moment. Kait isn't just good at what she does--she's genuinely kind, comforting, and so easy to talk to. I felt safe, seen, and taken care of in a way I didn't expect from a waxing appointment. For all things Brazilian wax from here on out, Kait is my girl. I'm officially a forever client!

They encouraged me to get one, so I faced my fear and made an appointment. Once I arrived and checked in, I waited maybe 1 minute before I went to the back. I had my nervous laugh going, but my girl made me feel comfortable the entire time, even when I wanted to scream! The vibe and music was awesome, helping me to take my mind off of it. She was friendly and helpful. She said that the sugar was not turned on when she got there. Luckily them out the wax was. So the sugar was super hard. I grew out my leg hair for three weeks for sugar I was only in town for five days. So not exactly happy but happy I was able to get at least my hair removed that day. The girl was sweet and gave me a first time discount. Pertaining to the wax she didn't absolutely fantastic job it was painless with the wax that they use on the downtown area it's a hard wax and it's very helpful. I would return to utilize her services. A common theme in my reviews lately is that they remind me and help me to remember that the world is not a perfect place and I can't always get what I want.
