There was no attempt to listen, investigate, or provide any level of customer service. Instead, I was treated as if my experience didn't matter. I've been a consumer long enough to know the difference between a product that simply isn't right for me and a product that appears to have little to no effectiveness. I was recommended a CBD/CBN tincture from a work colleague to help with sleep issues and I left with a CBD/CBN spray. No THC for me. ;) Tried it last night and for the first time in at least two years I slept through the night! I have no issues falling asleep, but I usually wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for two or more hours and have trouble going back to sleep and getting good quality sleep. The recommended dose is 3 to 6 sprays subcutaneously (under the tongue) and I did 4 sprays. This really worked! It didn't taste great, but I can overlook that for great sleep. The store was hopping and was very clean and well organized. This location also has a drive-through since it was formerly a bank.
