THAT WE ALL PAID FOR!!! flat out, especially the woman. I'm not sure who the woman is maybe the secretary, especially her straight out denied us each and each one of us individually on a separate policy we just never had. The conversation among us denied all of us roadside assistance when we needed it. It's unacceptable. First of all not everybody can afford new was trying to say that we were all abusing the system, I'm sorry ma'am. There is no abuse of the system. Some people can't afford brand new cars OK and some people have the misfortune of their down. I don't know what you drive but not that great and insurance is to ensure me that if I'm out there in the cold or if I'm out there with my children and I'm stranded and I need help you're supposed to come and help us and I'm gonna report you guys just so you know that it really makes me upset. I thought that you guys were just doing that to me but you're doing that to everybody and My Son was out there with kids one day. Like clockwork we'd get solicitation calls from the local Mason branch even though it was noted in the file that we didn't want to get them. Then they started adding all these fees to their banking. So since the other 6 local banks didn't have fees we figured it was time to switch. No more annoying calls no more fees all over the place. This branch couldn't even close out our account properly. 10 days after we closed the account 5/3 hit us with a fee for being under their limit (of course the account is at $0. because we CLOSED it) and we had to argue with them over that. They seem to be a combination of dishonest and incompetent. I'm glad we moved our money elsewhere.
