The scars are smaller/filled up and some even gone. I'm so so happy with the results. Her assistant is nice, her office is clean, and she has lots of plants around the office. She really cares about her clients and is careful but extremely efficient. I started coming to Luxury Medical Spa about 3 months ago in preparation for my wedding. I came in with low expectations keeping in mind that these kind of problems are very difficult to treat especially within a short time frame. I came once a month for 3 months and by the second time, I was already blown away by the improvement in my skin texture, overall smoothness and vibrancy! I'm so happy I found this place, I drove from Apple Valley 2 hours away and it was absolutely worth it to me. I'll forever be a returning client!

It was a very calm and relaxing experience and was a must-have for my wedding, and it really paid off doing it. The reason this is only getting 3 stars is because of my second facial. I went in just for a normal facial with no additions. I get to check out, and there are 2 additions to my facial (+$120 on top of facial). I never added it. So I'm just a bit annoyed about it and I don't think I'll come back due to that since I was never told I was gonna be given these extras nor did the lady doing my facial ask me if I would want them done/why she would recommend them. They just did it and charged me.

I explained that I was already confirmed for two appointments at 12:15 PM. They then asked whether we could come in on a Thursday instead. There is a reason I scheduled for Sunday and the person I spoke with confirmed and said we were booked for 12:45 PM. Today, 4/26, I received a voicemail changing my appointment to 4:45 PM--and I did not see or hear that message in time. This is unacceptable. It is unprofessional to change someone's appointment without contacting them to confirm it's okay to move the time. I also have plans this evening, and I do not live nearby or have the ability to wait around for a **4:45 PM** appointment. Unfortunately, when I expressed my frustration, Zack was rude and did not address the issue appropriately. When I explained my concern, Zack walked away and said he didn't like my attitude. I will not return to this establishment, and I plan to share my experience on my social media platforms.
