I chose Dr. Sadati specifically because he emphasized functional improvement alongside cosmetics - he diagnosed a deviated septum and told me to expect a breathing improvement of 50-60%. He also suggested this could lead to increased energy and vitality overall. The combination of aesthetic refinement and significantly better nasal airflow sounded compelling, so I proceeded. Cosmetically, the result was acceptable but subtle. The nose appears slightly improved and natural, though it fell short of the more dramatic changes another surgeon had demonstrated via Photoshop simulations. I was content with a modest enhancement as long as breathing improved. Unfortunately, breathing actually worsened. Shortly after surgery, I experienced new congestion and obstruction. In 2019, during a follow-up visit, Dr. Sadati attributed this to enlarged turbinates and recommended nasal sprays. I followed his advice and other measures, but none resolved the issue. Over the next several years, I adapted by limiting exercise (exercise makes the congestion worse), enduring poorer sleep quality, including nighttime awakenings in the winter and during stressful periods due to increased swelling and congestion. Over the years I tried to see an ENT in my home town and after facing multiple cancellations and long appointment waits, I gave up for some time. However recently I finally saw an ENT who confirmed that I have an enlarged turbinate situation and that I may consider turbinate resection. After the ENT visit, I contacted Dr Sadati's office to discuss my recent ENT visit and to resolve this problem once and for all. I was informed that Dr. Sadati no longer performs turbinate reduction surgery and could only offer a referral to another provider. Such a surgery should be nothing for him, given his experience in rhinoplasty, which entails it. Given the original promises of improved breathing, the premium price paid, and the lack of resolution despite follow-up, I expected more comprehensive support or accountability from him. This experience has left me disappointed, as the primary functional benefit I paid a significant premium for - improved breathing - never materialized, while the cosmetic change was only marginal, and the worst part is Dr. Sadati is doing next to nothing to fix the problem he started.

After waiting over an hour, I politely asked the front desk if the doctor would be seeing me soon. I was assured I was next. Instead, she went in to see another patient. After an hour and a half, I told the staff I might need to leave due to prior plans. I was again promised she would be right in. She finally came in after nearly one hour and forty five minutes of waiting. At that point, I already felt uneasy and wish I had listened to my intuition. During the consultation, my concerns were quickly dismissed, specifically my worries about under eye filler and being overfilled. I was very clear that if I was not a good candidate, I did not want filler. I explicitly said I would rather be underfilled than overfilled. I also mentioned I had heard fat transfer could sometimes be a better option. She brushed this off entirely, said fat transfer was terrible, and insisted under eye filler was the right choice, promising she would never overfill me. I trusted her. I deeply regret that decision. After another thirty minute wait, she returned and performed Botox and filler. I mentioned that the wait time was far beyond anything I had budgeted for and that I had never waited this long for a doctor. Her response was dismissive. She said they were not a med spa. For the record, I have seen many physicians who are not med spas and have never waited over two hours past my appointment time. The entire visit felt rushed. The bruising was severe, some of the worst I have ever experienced, including bruising from Botox, which has never happened to me before. Immediately, the under eye filler looked lumpy, but I tried to stay hopeful and waited a full week before writing this review. Unfortunately, it has not improved. The filler does not blend seamlessly into my cheek. It visibly bulges and looks like worms under my eyes. The filler is clearly sitting improperly and is noticeable in normal lighting. I am devastated. I paid approximately three thousand dollars for this under eye filler and feel completely taken advantage of. My appointment was at 2:30 PM and I did not leave until after 5:00 PM. Do not fall for TikTok hype or glowing reviews the way I did. If anyone has questions, feel free to reach out. I have much more to say, but this review is already long enough.

I eventually found Avesta Aesthetics and im so happy I decided to go with this course. Jill and Beeta are there to train and teach you everything they possibly know and they're incredible. They train you at a real med spa and show you how they treat their actual patients. It's also a very small group so you get more focused practice and attention which is what I liked. I was able to inject about 5-7 people a day depending on the schedule and they'll never force you to be hands on unless you feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend this place for treatments and training. I'm so sad I'm done with my training but I will definitely be back when I'm ready to learn more advanced treatments!
