Copy and pasted below is the email I sent to them and got NO response at all. It has been a week and I didn't even get an apology much less any effort to right this wrong. I have cried over this. I am not one to just put tattoos on my body for the sake of it. This is a memorial tattoo and I am so glad at this point that I didn't get my late husband's thumbprint yet because I would be even more upset if that was ruined. I tried to handle this with out laying it out there because I know mistakes happen, but the fact that I have received NO response at all to this email has made it clear that they don't actually care. Hello, I came in about 2 weeks ago for a tattoo. Despite the fact that I had emailed and confirmed with Haleigh on Monday that I was coming for an appointment with her when I arrived that Thursday, my appointment was not in the schedule and she wasn't even ready for me at all. She had a different appointment scheduled at the time I was supposed to be seen Apparently there are glitches with your scheduling software. I try not be a pain and when a different artist was offered to me as she was free at the time I said ok. Lainey took over and just did the nose prints from my dogs since that was basically a copy and paste, since absolutely nothing had been worked up for the other part of my memorial tattoo, which is my late husband's thumbprint as the body of a hummingbird. I was so excited to get the tattoo I agreed to switch artists figuring that anyone in the shop would be good enough to do it well. Though I was already disappointed that I was not seeing the original artist, nor had she even started to work up any options that I thought I would have seen and been able to discuss ahead of time. Well, there is a decent amount of blow out on my tattoo. I am extremely disappointed because this tattoo means so much to me. As far as I understand there is nothing that can be done to remedy this and I am now forever stuck with it. I just wanted you to know how upset I am over this. I actually tried to do it right this time. Found who was supposed to be a reputable and sought after tattoo shop, took the time to come in for 2 different consults, and sent multiple emails with pictures. And this tattoo that means so much to me is blurry and there is random ink under my skin. I've attached pictures. There are spots that are supposed to be there, but the blow out is especially noticeable on the lower nose print. As I said, to my understanding there is nothing that can be done to fix this. On a whim I decided I also wanted my rook pierced, so I scheduled an appointment for both online. First thing I must say is the website is very nice and navigable. You can schedule everything completely online (at least for piercings) and I was very pleased not having to go through some convoluted process to get an appointment. Because I technically had 2 appointments back to back, I had a longer time slot reserved. Despite this, I was grateful the initial booking down payment wasn't any more expensive. Nice. The place is chill and fairly lowkey despite being in the middle of downtown silver spring and Dennis, the piercer, did a good job swapping out my nose screw for a labret and piercing my rook. It was fairly painless and easy. So far both are healing nicely. The only (somewhat) negative is the pricing is really high (I paid around $170 for both combined) but I understand the economy is shit rn so, whatever, I have the money. In the long run it's not a big deal when you are going to the best in the Montgomery county area.

He's a seasoned veteran with years of experience and was featured on the TV show Ink Master. I've always loved his work, especially his red to teal blue color style. Booking was easy. I scheduled everything online through their website and then coordinated the appointment and deposit with his assistant. On the day of the appointment, Jordi was super friendly and had pre-made designs based on the ideas I had shared. He placed the stencils carefully and made sure everything looked right before starting. Throughout the session, he was very accommodating, making sure we took breaks, grabbed lunch, and even put on tv shows to help pass the time. The tattoo came out awesome. He's definitely a perfectionist and took his time to make sure every detail looked right. He's not only a very talented artist but also easygoing and great to work with. It's not always easy to find an artist you really vibe with, but Jordi has great energy and genuinely cares about his clients and his craft.
