For the past year, l've been a regular client at Jin's Massage after suffering a serious accident…read morethat injured my left leg. I first started coming here around December of last year looking for real therapeutic help, and I can honestly say the professionalism, consistency, and work ethic at this place are the reason I continue returning. I've had sessions with Nina, Anna, Emma, and Cassie, and every one of them has done an outstanding job. They are respectful, professional, focused, and genuinely hardworking. Cassie especially stands out to me. She is quiet, humble, and incredibly dedicated. She doesn't spend time talking or distracting herself-she simply puts her head down, focuses on the work, and gives everything she has from beginning to end. In today's world, that kind of work ethic deserves reconnition and respect. What I appreciate most about this business is the professional atmosphere they maintain every single day. There is no nonsense, no uncomfortable environment, and no inappropriate behavior --just legitimate massage therapy from people who truly work hard at what they do. You regularly see women, men, and couples coming here comfortably, and that alone says a lot about the reputation and trust this place has earned in the community. also want to address something I hear people complain about far too often: tipping. Before criticizing gratuity, try giving someone a deep tissue massage for 60 to 90 minutes yourself. It is physically exhausting work that requires strength, focus, patience, and endurance. Even five minutes of massage work takes effort, let alone an hour or more of nonstop physical labor focused entirely on helping someone else feel better. What many customers fail to consider is that these therapists are not performing one massage a day-they are often working back-to-back sessions for 8 to 10 hours straight. That level of physical effort and endurance takes a real toll on the body. The fact that they continue showing professionalism, patience, and quality service throughout the day deserves genuine respect. Personally, I believe if someone helps reduce your pain, stress, or physical discomfort, that effort deserves to be appreciated properly. When people leave tiny tips after receiving quality service and real relief, it honestly says more about the customer than the therapist. These women work extremely hard, and respectful compensation should reflect that. To everyone at Jin's Massage: thank you for your professionalism, consistency, hard work, and the care you've shown me throughout the last year. Places that maintain this level of professionalism and dedication are rare, and the people behind that deserve genuine appreciation and respect.

Great massage parlor. Definitely recommend. I go there if I need a massage comfortable environment.read more

I have to give this place minimal stars as I called and asked pricing for a full body massage and I…read morewas told $50 for 60min just to reel me in and then when I got there all of a sudden it went up to $60 which I was initially ok with that's decent pricing for this kind of a massage. HOWEVER, once I got assigned my masseuse she tells me to prepay which I have no problem doing and she tells me $70 in which then I said you know what never mind in which they all quickly said $60 is fine all of a sudden. Needless to say I started to get irate but decided to go ahead with it anyway, massage in general was 6-7/10 so I kinda let it all go and prepared a $20 tip for the masseuse that literally just tried to scam me and she had the audacity to stop me in my tracks and say "$20 that's it?!" And continued to shame me and asked me to tip her more via card as I had no more cash in which I refused. This is NOT how you treat a paying customer who is willingly tipping a decent amount for a mid grade Thai massage. This is not massage envy or Brooke Williams in which the masseuses there would have probably been content with a $20 tip. I don't care how much they get paid nor is it my responsibility to pay their wages if they're not getting paid enough. $60 base ans $20 tip is more than sufficient for the service provided. If you're going to be paying 90-100$ for a massage, do yourself a favor and go to a legit massage spot like Massage Envy and get your moneys worth in service & customer service as well. My massage was completely useless as I was overcame with anger and became more irritated than when I had walked in.

I really love this place, the ladies are always different never get the same one, super friendly,…read moreif you are upfront with them they will be upfront with you, don't bullshit them because they created the game and you are just in it... never listen to reviews of people mad on here about this place it's just the ladies understand whose there for a massage and whose there for something else, only reason I can see people being upset with this place is because they deny people if they get busy which is good! I like quiet in a massage not a bunch of people in there trying to talk to the masseurs about there day. Number one massage in Sylmar/ San Fernando hands down.

WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!!!…read more I call on a Friday to make a couples massage appointment for Sunday morning. The lady says EMPHATICALLY 9:00 - 10:00 am several times on the phone. I'm not thrilled about an early time for a Sunday morning, but I take it because I understand they have to fit 2 of us. We show up on Sunday to the janky ass operation, and the lady says the other masseuse is not here yet, come back in 40 minutes. I'm already irked cause I could've slept in, but just try to roll with it. We come back and they have separate rooms for us. Not ideal, but we've encountered this elsewhere before. They ask for cash (no cards) up front before they start. They don't ask us what areas to focus on, any previous injuries, or even what level of pressure to use - just cash. I go to lay down and I see there's only HALF a sheet available for cover...??? The lady comes in and starts rubbing me and you can tell that she's on autopilot for most of it. There's a bunch of commotion going on; the ladies are shouting at each other from room to room, someone's phone rings and they let the wacky ringtone go for a whole minute - basically the exact opposite of a relaxing ambiance. At one point my masseuse walks out and starts arguing with the other ladies. It's like she was mad that she had to work on me for some reason. She pretty much rubbed my back for like half an hour and once I turned around she just ran out the clock by rubbing my head. Didn't even touch my problem areas. Then she says "ok done!", and walks out. I look at the clock and it's been barely 45 mins since we started (including the interruptions) when we already paid them for a whole hour plus a much too generous 25% tip. I somehow feel more tense than before I walked in there and hoodwinked and bamboozled out of $150. I didn't argue and just left. My husband told me he had an equally terrible experience. I've been to dozens of massage places and I never had the urge to leave a bad review for a single one, because no matter how mediocre the work, I still appreciate that someone would take the time to give me healing touches. But these ladies were not happy about us being there. I get the feeling that they're not interested in what we came in for and that we were not their typical clientele (wink, wink). So yeah, I mean if that's what you're into, by all means go there. But if you want an honest-to-god massage, there are plenty of other places that'll do a better job for the same price.
