so since my last review - bodyrok has offered more pricing options...which makes me very happy, because it really is the best workout. Due to pricing, I did switch to Club Pilates for a while, but the only class that was comparable was the 2.5 class, and they only offered it 2-3 times per week, if that...the other classes just weren't as intense, and I didn't feel I got as much sweat and pain (good sweat and pain) out of it. I'm really glad that Bodyrok listened to the comments (i assume) and started doing more promotions, rolling discounted packages (I travel a lot, so an unlimited monthly sometimes wouldn't be worth the $$ for me). Also, every time i have questions, I just send an email and the response is really quick, which I very much appreciate. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with the studio and the classes...honestly, through my search for a good workout routine, you really do get what you pay for sometimes...I've tried so many private studios, mid size and larger gyms...group classes, private sessions...etc etc etc...bodyrok still ranks above anything I have tried thus far... read more

Sculpt Pilates Plus is the best! They gave me the opportunity to find out exactly what Pilates is and what it can do for my body. I have to admit I was a bit nervous as I had never done this type of exercise before but their instructor made it very easy and enjoyable for me. She guided me all the way, was very patient and not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. She made sure I was at my right level at all times and showed me how to give more of myself at the same time. I recommend you try it and give your body the chance to be healthier and stronger. I honestly felt the difference after my one first class. The environment is full of positive energy, the location is great, the machines are all brand new and very clean. I really can't say enough about this sculpt pilates plus except I am THRILLED they opened and I have the privilege of going! It's basically the best workout you will ever have guaranteed!!. You will get in shape QUICKLY and it takes the guess work out of doing a full body workout and/or weights! You will probably fore go all weight training after one class! The studio is beautiful and very inspiring! The owners and instructors are ABSOLUTELY amazing, super attentive and very professional! Lastly, the machines are amazing and because it's a group class it's extremely affordable yet, you get the attention you need to succeed in JUST 40 minutes!!!. There is nothing like it around! Wow!! My workout at Sculpt Pilates Plus was far and away the best workout I have ever had! I felt muscles I have never worked before! I am especially interested in re-tightening by abdominals after giving birth to my second child last year, and firmly believe that this workout is the answer. As an emergency room physician, I am also hopeful that these intense workouts will help me alleviate stress and promote a sense of well-being that I have been lacking since having my children. Sculpt's concept, which adds weight-training and cardio to the flexibility-enhancing benefits of Pilates, makes good sense from a physiological standpoint. Try it - you'll be hooked too! read more

holy moley! I have been doing the SPX reformer class for 6 months now and am AMAZED that I am still not bored of the classes. Just when I think I am strong, and can ace the machine, those silly instructor's turn it up a notch. I have always been a gym rat, and truly thought I would forever b stuck taking classes, spinning, lifting, and whatever new fangled thing I read about in the fitness magazine. If you are like me you want a workout that combines strength and cardio all in under an hour, then you have to try this workout. I have been working out for years and truly believe in challenging and efficient workouts that don't waist my time. The equipment is unique to this type of Pilates. I have tried personal lessons for Pilates as well as Mat Pilates and this is very different. The one commonality is that the workout targets your total body with core exercises. I consider myself to be in pretty good physical shape. The sculpt class was amazing. I felt like I had just started working out. It was one of the most challenging classes I have ever taken. I recommend this gym to anyone that wants to take their body to the next level. If you are stuck in the same routine and not seeing improvements, this class is mandatory. I am sore...thats how i felt after the workout. However, it was a good soreness. This workout exercises your entire body and fine tunes the little muscles you normally don't use. I feel as though the workout can benefit all types of people for their own purpose. In addition, the instructor, Jodie, was very helpful and friendly. She was able to help me learn to use the machine properly, which was initially a bit intimidating, and she taught with a smile and with confidence. Good work!! read more

Core40 has the best workouts I've ever taken and I was injured when I originally started working out, but all the instructors were very understanding and helped me rehab my injury while letting me still getting a great workout. Since then I've been working out twice a week and I've never felt as in shape before I started working out here. I would recommend this workout for everyone because it is an amazing workout no matter your personal fitness level. read more

I am a firm believer of the Sculpt machines. The first time I went and how I felt the next day told it all. Even the muscles in my fingers felt it. That sold me on this remarable workout. I have been taking weekly classes here for almost 3 years now and I love it! I've tried alllll the workouts, but Lagree Pilates and hot yoga have been the only two that keep my body slim and toned. I took my first class yesterday and absolutely loved it! The workout was great! I must say Im feeling sore today, but it hurts so good. I have never done pilates with this type of machine and it seems there are endless possibilities to the types of excercises you can do. I can't wait to go back for my next class. This is by far the best workout that I have done...hands down. Bikram, Spinning, Ballet barre, nothing compares. The first workout that has ever produced beads of sweat that drip down my face. I've been going to Bodyrok for about 5 weeks now. It is the most intense, effective workout. I've ever done. I leave each class feeling stronger and energized.
