They have some wild equipment there on an outdoor astroturf area like a wheeled and weighted pushcart for legs and lower-back and a giant monster-truck tire you could hit with a sledgehammer. In other parts of the country, those things would be considered a job and not something to do at the gym, but ok. One complaint I have is that they strangely had no abdominal machines but one small decline bench hidden under a stairway. I would give them more stars if they extended their free 7-Day Pass promotion to non-residents like me.

I've been having trouble losing post partum weight after two kids. After getting the foundation of doing 75hard, I wanted to make sure I still kept my fitness routine going so my friend dragged me to OTF. It was the extra push I really needed. All the coaches are great. Coach Anthony is probably my favorite and the one I go to the most as he pushes me and makes sure we all are having correct form. I love that they have challenges and have benchmarks so you can see that you've been improving. I am the strongest and fastest I've been in my life!
