This team focuses on functional fitness solutions with dynamic exercises catered to my needs. From the moment I enter the building the friendly staff are friendly and helpful, and most importantly responsive. The solutions are not plug and play and each vitis the exercises change and build up over time. each applintment includes a 30 minute session of "table time" where the therapist performs hands on body work and a 30 minute period of strength training. They give you exercises to work on at home between visits as well. In addition to PT I have custom orthotic insoles in my shoes. These insoles are designed to help restore natural gait and movement and I love them. I would highly recommend G3.

David Cisneros who I had never met before took care of me. It is great working with a physical therapist like David. Then they charged me for a 4th month without my consent or approval and said they'd refund me which they didn't so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I would not recommend this place. There are so many places that offer peptide treatment so I would recommend looking elsewhere.

She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, fun to talk to and always mixes up my sessions. No PT session is ever the same and she challenges me at every session to do more than I think I am capable of doing. Ciara customizes every session based on how I am doing and always gives recommendations on ways to improve and get better. Because of her sessions, my knees have improved, and I am able to go on much longer walks and I am able to do my day-to-day activities with greater ease. My hip issues have improved dramatically. RISE in Solana Beach is a small PT office but they do a great job in their space to provide an hour of great, personalized PT care. I am fortunate to have found this great office and Ciara close by.
