The owner (or manager) is amazing…read moreand has come to me of her own volition to ask me how she could improve the space to be more inclusive of neurodivergent kids. Never has this ever happened in any other establishment. We also had 2 birthday parties there that both went great! The party hosts are proper hosts, super helpful and attentive. If you are a parent of young kids you know how crucial having that help is. All the staff knows my son by sight and are always welcoming and really tolerant and patient with my AuDHD son who constantly runs into every place he isn't supposed to. We feel like family here. I haven't gone on a hectic day (intentionally) so I can't speak to the rule enforcement on those days, but I can say that I have seen the strictness vary depending on the vibe, age, and amount of kids there. I appreciate this because it's annoying to have to parent other people's older kids around safety if they are being too rowdy around the little ones. They're all still just kids, though! The only improvement they could make is adding a slide or 2, but maybe that is in the future! Who knows! The most important thing to me is the intention and advocacy I have seen in management. Keep it up!

They have a fun little kid zone for toddlers under 48". Trampolines, games, foam pits, ninja warrior style obstacle courses, lots and lots to do for all ages. (Parents included) The service and team members were wonderful and friendly. I would highly recommend for your event or just a fun family friendly night out.

Why employers allow employees to be on their phones is mind boggling to me. I guess the only help you can find for cheap is zombies now. I had to hunt them down to ask them for the kids each time and they were bickering over who should have to do it, then they gave them only a few jumps before shutting it down. The dodgeball area has a couple of deflated volleyballs and 3 dodgeballs, as if you could play a game with that amount. The arcade games have all been jacked up to ridiculous prices. Who is going to pay $1 to play Galaga? Get real. I didn't get any food, but I already can tell you it's going to suck. The reason they don't get 1 star is because the cashiers were nice and the ninja course is still fun, but I won't be back.

While there we noticed the other employees rotating to different areas while the same boy was made to stay in an area working where no other staff communicated with him. I don't know if it is a racial issue or not, but the same manager has been on everytime my family and I have been there, Pam needs to realize that this boy has rights too, and be a better person! We will not be returning to skyzone after witnessing this.

(Not the end of the world just assumed maybe they ran out but still a hassle to keep them on) The worst was the staff hounding me that my 2 yo daughters need to be on their feet at all times. Confused I just said okay and we proceeded to jump, until a SECOND time another one comes back not even 5 minutes later with the same request. Mind you, it's busy. my daughters are falling and getting back up on their own. It's a trampoline park the kids are going to fall the smaller kids are going to take a bit longer to catch balance. I signed the waivers I understand the risks. Letting them fall and get back up on their own is okay with me. Apparently not with this park. In addition to the terrible service and unhelpful employees, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and ignored. Save your breath and go to skyzone.

When I asked how, she told me the promo was changed to $20 per child even though their sign in front of my face (on their plexiglass) stated $10 each Groupon upgrade. She refused to honor the pricing and gave an attitude that I even questioned her "mistake." We were the only group in place at the time. The location was filthy. Dirty bathroom floors and counters, dust in the cubbies for shoes, etc. On top of it all, if you moved any foam squares off the top, you could see extreme amounts of dirt, stains, particles of more foam, drink straws, empty juice boxes, etc. I will never return. Way to make me feel safe during COVID! No wonder why there was no one else there... Also, I do have photos saved as well so do not try to rebuttal these facts.

Is there anything better than watching gymnastics?! Rhetorical. There's not…read more My seven year old decided she wanted to do it and Synergy Gymnastics checks all the boxes. 1. Pricing is on point. Registration is online and painless. 2. Class offerings are fun and at convenient times. I sometimes worry we push our kids into being super serious at sports earlier than we should? I don't get that vibe at Synergy. 3. Convenient, just off the interstate NL location. There's a plethora of parking. 4. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly. With a good mix of seasoned coaches and younger athlete coaches. 5. Safety first! Since a lot of kiddos that take classes there are not able to be vaccinated-- they require masks, regardless of vaccination status, for all folks inside over 3 years old. Honestly, this is the most efficiently run kid's activity I have ever witnessed. There are like a dozen groups going at any given time and your child is ALWAYS active. I'd recommend as a parent, but most importantly my daughter would as a participant, too!

I regularly attended a gym where we competed at top level, and this gym is not that. I went in thinking this was an actual "gym", not just a playground with babysitters. It is sad to think that gymnastics has devolved to this, with overworked employees screaming at children trying hard to learn things they have not internalized, but this is the world today.
