Everything is about the same as SkyZone, but doesn't seem to be getting maintained at all. Climbing wall has a lot of loose, spinny holds which is dangerous, the swinging arm and platform jump you need an employee to operate, but the employees are just sitting on their phones and don't give a shit. Why employers allow employees to be on their phones is mind boggling to me. I guess the only help you can find for cheap is zombies now. I had to hunt them down to ask them for the kids each time and they were bickering over who should have to do it, then they gave them only a few jumps before shutting it down. The dodgeball area has a couple of deflated volleyballs and 3 dodgeballs, as if you could play a game with that amount. The arcade games have all been jacked up to ridiculous prices. Who is going to pay $1 to play Galaga? Get real. I didn't get any food, but I already can tell you it's going to suck. The reason they don't get 1 star is because the cashiers were nice and the ninja course is still fun, but I won't be back. read more

I have been to skyzone 3 times over the last 2.5-3 months and everytime my family and I have been there we have seen the same biracial boy ostracized, and isolated from his peers. While there we noticed the other employees rotating to different areas while the same boy was made to stay in an area working where no other staff communicated with him. I don't know if it is a racial issue or not, but the same manager has been on everytime my family and I have been there, Pam needs to realize that this boy has rights too, and be a better person! After our visit to Sky Zone, our number of visits to trampoline parks stands at one. It was quite a nice time and a good way to tire out a three year old....and a thirty three year old, in a half an hour! Housed in a warehouse in cedar rapids, this is like your neighbors backyard, meets an arcade. Nice digs, with a number of different areas for trampoline related activities - dodgeball, basketball and a giant jumping pit. We went with our three year old and despite it being an anyone can jump time, our a little dude there was just fine. Rule #1 is that everyone has be jump on their own trampoline. This includes you, if you're with your kiddo, but it makes for good safe fun. The trampoline walls are surprisingly hard to jump into and land on your feet, but it's fun to try! The observation area upstairs has massage chairs - legit - and plenty of seating for family to chill out while everyone else gets their jump on! Well worth checking out and a great place to burn off some energy for anyone who's got some extra! read more

We just visited Skyzone's Glow Jump and was extremely disappointed. The music was severely inappropriate for any business to be playing - especially in the state of the world right now. We were there nearly two hours and the entire time we were there we heard nothing but male rappers with lyrics such as "b*%ches" "N****r" "M*** F***" etc etc. We were also worried about our smaller kids because some of the jump areas were not supervised and many of the older teenagers were running around. It was extremely hot, and there was very little done to keep the facility sanitary. I'm very disappointed because we've attended Glow Jump in the past and really enjoyed the event. I hope this is not an indication of what the business is becoming because it won't last long if so. On a positive note, our interaction with staff was pleasant and they did address our concerns about the teenagers running. read more

The staff suck my kid rolled his ankle during dodge ball and the ref laughed at him and all of the staff are teenagers so in dodge ball if someone got hit they didn't say your out just talked. I just don't want you guys to deal with these staff. read more

This place just opened. I took my two young sons (ages 2 and 4). First, this place is really clean and welcoming. The staff are very well trained, initiative, and motivated - unlike the "other" trampoline park in Cedar Rapids. Once we got into the doors, a staff person greeted us right away. As soon as we got on the main trampoline area, the staff kindly informed us they would like only one jumper per trampoline. The prices for socks are $2 and are very well made. We brought in other jump socks and they traded them without any charge. They do not allow any outside food or drinks, but they have a nice water fountain and snack bar. The jump prices are good - especially during their happy hour or specific deals times. If you go, use their website to fill our your wavier before. Also, I would recommend that you buy time online. When we went, they were "sold out" for an hour and we had to wait. I think this is actually a good thing to be "sold out" because the trampoline area can get dangerous when going to other parks - like the "other" place in town. The only downer is that there is no little children area like the "other" place in town. I really wished they had this. However, if you have older kids, this place is perfect. Organized dodge ball, basketball slam, and foam pit dive looked awesome and fully staffed. If you have a young child, I'd suggest only getting a half hour as that would be plenty time just being limited to jumping on one area. read more

They were open and ready to receive guests just ahead of their posted opening time, which was a relief. I had to agree to a waiver, which was too small to read, and there was no print-out of it, but based upon how the place is run I had no worries. Staff keep the jump areas spaced adequately for safety, security, and fun. It's a quality establishment. My 3 year old daughter loved jumping and grew more courageous throughout our session. One hour is plenty of time to work up a sweat, thirst, and appetite. I'm washing and keeping those special socks for next time! read more

The customer service and customer experience at Sky Zone was incredible! My son had his birthday party here and it was great and totally stress free for me. Our party boss Maddie was fantastic! She entertained the kids prior to the start, was our food server, time keeper and all around wonderful asset! All the workers were engaged and courteous - not always the norm for teens! I looked up toddler time this past weekend and found it listed in their calendar from 10-11 AM on Sunday morning. I arrived at 10:00 and the place was packed. I had already told me kids so we were going. I went to fill out my waivers, waited in line for 15 minutes to pay, and then she said it would be $64 for my 4 toddlers for the 45 minutes that remained of toddler time. I said it was $7.99 online. She said it was $14.99 because they had a character time. I was completely shocked especially because I just went on there that morning and could have bought the tickets online for $7.99 but chose to do it there instead as I wanted to get going. She didn't care. She still charged me the $64. We only jumped for 45 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager before we left who happened to be the same person who sold us the $64 jump pass. I left my phone number and wanted the owner or general manager to call me. I even sent an email that evening. Two nights later I followed up with an email also leaving my phone number requesting a phone call. Nobody has called. Nobody has written me back. I looked up the event when I left and there was a separate event for the character time listed under events from 9:30-11 am, but the toddler time was also still on the calendar from 10-11 am for $7.99 tickets. This is false advertisement. I should have been charged what was advertised and what I expected and instead got charged double. The toddler time should have been removed from the calendar if it wasn't available and was instead replaced by the character time for $15. I never would have brought my 4 kids for $64. And refusing to understand it and accommodate is a terrible way to run a business. read more

Was excited to go for glow night, but once we got there the staff was quite rude and unwelcoming. We ended up going to AirFx, I would recommend that over Sky Zone because the staff is friendlier and the park is bigger and more open. read more

Nice concept, good for kids birthday parties. A bit pricey especially to wear their socks too. I did not find out until i got to the gate that my grip socks could not be worn and their pair had to be purchased. I had to wait in another line just to get socks that the lady at the front was to check me for, as i paid 1 adult and 2 kids! At those prices, socks should be included and a discount should be given if you return with their socks. The trampolines go higher than you would think and getting jumping for 60 mins was a bad idea. We were all out of breath by 25-30 mins. The area where people sit was obscenely small, especially if you want to talk about safety and overall accommodations for your customers. They should also offer packages that include some water, snacks, beverages or a safe lock depending on time spent. The slushees were really melted and tasted like cough syrup. Too sweet, even for the candy loving kids. We got a red and a blue one to compare. Over all, not impressed and significant visible changes could be made. read more

Our experience was HORRIBLE. First of all... we placed an order for 2 pizzas and was told it'd be more than 45 minutes, as they have to send someone to Little Caesar's to get them. That's insane... but we were there for our kiddo's birthday so tried to tough it out. We ordered 3 pitchers of soda in the mean time and after literally 4 times of asking for them the girl says "I keep forgetting you." and begrudgingly brought them over with an attitude as though we'd pissed HER off. So after more than an hour goes by I see the Owner (male) and say "Hey... any updates on where the pizzas might be?" and that man goes "Oh they're probably over on the counter down there" and WALKS OFF. So my Husband tracks him BACK down and asked again and he says the same thing and motions to one of the many teens running the place. She said "Oh yeah, they've been down here... what's your name?" and only then did we receive room temperature $5 Ready Little Caesar's pizzas for a whopping up charge of $10+ for the worst damn service in the world. Out of ALL people, the Owner didn't need to be so rude. If you don't want to run a business then DON'T. The prices are astronomical and the service is horrid. The environment is also significantly smaller than other parks we've been to. We will go back to AirFX any day of the week. AVOID THIS PLACE. read more
