I signed up for a private lesson for my friends and me to begin with, then went back a day later for an evening Aerial Elevated Class. I was pleasantly surprised that the private lesson came with a Dropbox full of photos at no extra cost... 'cause pics or it didn't happen, right? The studio is tucked behind the MonOrchid gallery and is beautiful and serene. I've discovered muscles that I didn't know I had, which is always a plus. It's not only fun, but an intense workout. I had no experience before trying out aerial yoga, so it was a nice way to get into yoga. Don't be intimidated by the silks. They're strong, yet comfy and the instructors are all great. But the reason I keep returning? I used to go to the chiropractor every other week for back problems...until I started going to Elevate. It's closer, more fun, (and cheaper) than the chiro. I can't say enough good things about this studio or its instructors. read more

It's an awesome place to work out and you will always leave feeling refreshed. I only give it a 4/5 because they don't seem to have a lot of elevated options for the modern day working person. It seems like all of their classes are geared towards people with flexible schedules instead of the 8-5s. Anyways definitely take the risk and try out this place! read more

Three months into my treatment, and consistent classes every weekend- you all have really showed me what a community really is. I am really so glad to have found you when I did. Y'all are so patient and kind to all types of people who come into the studio. You can really tell each and every one of the instructors TRULY loves what they do. The Nidra classes are great meditation classes that have given me a deeper understanding and acceptance of myself, even if it's uncomfortable at times -but all change, good or bad, is uncomfortable. This is my first time trying aerial yoga and its a lot of fun. I had a session in the morning and I enjoyed it a lot. The location of Elevate is easy to find, the over-all ambiance of the place radiates positivity. The instructor (Jessica) is very friendly and helpful to us, her students. I attended a restore class last night and enjoyed it. The space was really nice, the instructor was welcoming and the class was pretty chill. There were several times throughout the class when I (and others around me) weren't really sure what I was supposed to be doing, but I improvised to what I thought I should be doing. I've done the fundamentals workshop twice now, both times with Yanna. It is so much fun! I am definitely going to purchase a class pass and attend the other classes. I've already talked some friends into going to the fundamentals workshop as well so I can have more class buddies. This place has very chill, positive ambiance. Loved my first Aerial yoga class and the industrial art gallery space. The instructors were both great, easy to follow and helpful with movements using the silks. The class was challenging and restorative, it felt like a great spinal decompression when you were in the inversions. read more

The end was my favorite laying in Savasna and getting my back massaged. If you don't like adjustments they have a chip that says adjust or don't adjust. Elevate Yoga & Wellness is amazing, Brandi & Amber are wonderful teachers. I was nervous to try aerial yoga because I have hip problems and the idea of hanging in a silk was intimidating, but it is such a great, relaxing, experience and way easier than I ever could have imagined. I have practiced many different types of yoga and this is by far my favorite. Its a casual yet, comfortable environment where you can truly push yourself into new and different positions! I couldn't talk about this yoga class enough! It's so fun to challenge yourself with an elevated yoga class with Brandi and Amber. As a newcomer I required assistance that was readily provided by these two wonderful ladies. The whole experience brings you a sense of accomplishment and that rejuvenated feeling you expect from a yoga class. The stretching you would do in an on the floor yoga class is enhanced by using the silks. You will be surprised with what your body is capable of when you take a chance on something new. Took a class for the first time with 5 of my coworkers. I had no clue what we were walking into however I absolutely loved the instructor as well as the class. We took intro which was perfect. After walking into the studio, I noticed how welcoming and attentive the instructors are. Without knowing what class I was stepping into, I found myself in an advanced level class. This was my first time trying aerial yoga and I thought it was going to be quite a challenge since I haven't done even regular yoga in a long time. I don't have the best upper body strength but that was not an issue it was still a very relaxing and peaceful experience. I did not feel judged for not getting the moves correct at some points. For example the instructors were sweet and happy to help position my leg if wasn't in the right place etc. Overall I would recommend to a friend. love this class! the instructors really take the time to explain each movement and pose, and for the "all levels" class - which is perfect for beginners - they offer many variations. I was nervous when I first decided to try it out since I have just been doing Yoga for a little over 6 months, I didn't know how well I would do. But as long as you have decent upper/lower/core body strength, you will do just fine. Definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

Outstanding experience! We booked a private event for 12, several of whom rarely (if ever) even practice ground-level yoga, but each and every one of us had a fabulous time. Amber and Charley were extremely supportive, the class was challenging, but manageable, and we were amazed at the stretches and poses we were able to access using the silks. Did I mention what an entertaining teacher Charley is? And how relaxing shavasana-in-a-hammock is?? I really enjoyed myself at Elevate Yoga! It was my first time trying an aerial yoga class and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door (you never know with yoga studios...many are pretentious!). I had no clue what I was doing and they helped me every step of the way, which was very much appreciated! You should definitely take a class here! I was new to aerial yoga when I took my first class with Brandi and Amber. It seems like a scary hobby to get into but these ladies are so knowledgeable and gentle I was able to feel comfortable and relaxed while trying something new. I've been back several times and every time I learn something new and leave feeling exulted! read more

This is a bit disappointing to write as I attended one aerial class at this company's previous location in which a friend and I had a great time. After attending a class yesterday at their current location, I was altogether disappointed. Let's start by when I walked in, I noticed a dog but didn't think that the door to the studio didn't close behind me: the yoga instructor quite curtly asked me if I could close the door without offering so much as a please or thank you to accompany her request. Furthermore, said dog was present during our entire class, playfully licking the attendees and causing the instructor to lose her focus and train of thought while teaching as she had to continually reel the dog back in. I love dogs but don't necessarily want them present while I'm taking a class I paid to attend. Her blithe response to my obvious irritation was only further complicated by what I felt was a slight irritation the instructor exhibited towards me as I needed assistance getting into several of the silk poses( I've only been to 3 aerial classes & am no pro) All in all, I'm sad to say I won't be returning to this studio. read more

The all levels aerial yoga class combines a true yoga flow (incorporating the silk) with a few inversions. Highly recommend! read more
