Honestly I've never had a bad experience in there until today. I was so thrown off. I usually get Vapes there and had gone in yesterday to get one, it literally went out after maybe 30 or so hits. Considering that's never happen before and I just bought it yesterday I didn't think I'd be 86'd for going back in and letting them know that basically I bought this yesterday and it went out. Super nice about it and wasn't upset about it either. The store own just laughed and said something under her breath then said have a good day don't expect to see you in here again. I was so thrown off because like I said always have very nice interactions with her. So 86'd or not i wouldnt have been back regardless with how smirky she was about her product being faulty. This location is a bit out of the way for me but I won't go anywhere else. Hands down the best people run this shop. I have gone in for a quick visit and end up talking about nothing for a hour. I have seen the owners help countless people. Not only that but they must have raised thousands of dollars for kids in need on serval times. Wiz Khalifa papers, hemp wraps etc. Cheaper than most shops I've been to, new pipes and bongs, Huff socks and some fresh gear as well. This is my new spot. There are 6 different smoke shops between Elevated 916 and me, and I'll skip them all to go there. Their customer service is honestly unparalleled. I called 16 minutes after they had closed just as a hail Mary and to see if they had my item. Someone answered and they not only let me know they had what I wanted, but also that they would stay open until I got there! That was amazing! And when I got there the guy I spoke to was super friendly and had a vast amount of knowledge of his products. He demoed the item I wanted to show me how it worked and that it did in fact work. And then on top of everything, he gave me a discount! You literally couldn't ask for a better experience. These days it's not very common to find genuinely great customer service. I felt like he was really looking out for me, and cared about my experience there. They had great prices, a huge selection, and an awesome staff. There isn't more you could ask from a business.
