Also rotating function to increase the voltage wasn't working at all. Went in to check it out; this is where I got a hostile form of customer service. Two associates checked the unit out and could verify the unit was indeed not increasing in voltage. They tried but to no avail could they fix the issue. Which is where I questioned if this was what 135$ vapor was worth that it could malfunction in 5 days. Enter the "store manager"--I'm guessing. Asked him what he could do and he tells me there is no returns exchanges or refunds. Making me aware that the policy was instilled because of the unaware abuse of the product by the costumer. I'm a very careful and honest person with my money and my valuables. Not one Scratch/dent/blemish can be found on the device.
