Okay, I'm telling you now do not go to this place. I worked with Dr Larsen and my first visit was…read morethe worst experience. It was his attitude which felt very rude and transactional. My wife and children were scheduled to meet with them after my appointment and she came back and told me she felt the same vibe. The gal who was working with our children was not very good with the 3 kids who were very nervous and one was fussy and she felt like there was no patience. She overheard the same Dr Larsen speaking to an older man who was discussing his limited finances to afford work and she told me that he was pretty rude and also "transactional." Being very quick to dismiss the man. I didn't even tell her my experience but after that I called into the office and told them that we would not be going back and to cancel our follow ups. I don't know if private equity has gotten a hold of this dentistry which I don't mind but the client treatment is horrendous! One good thing that my wife mentioned is that Dr Richards was very welcoming and good to work with. She didn't work with Dr Larsen directly but overheard the convo. I'm usually never this direct about an experience but everyone at Elevate needs to know this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

If I could give this dentist and his office 0 stars I would. My son visited his office and had to…read morehave 2 cavities filled. He did not properly numb him and he was raising his hand in pain. The dentist said hold on we're almost done and continue to work on him. He did not properly numb him the first time. My son had maxed out dental insurance due to an accident. We told the front desk this and they gave us his costs. I paid the bill before I left the office. We were supposed to return after having a root canal. We did not. The endodontist told us to find an alternate dentist to finish the crown. Weeks later we received a bill for hundreds of dollars. The front desk receptionist was rude and dismissive. Stay away!!

Chase Judd is excellent at listening to the patient and explaining procedures and product details when asked. My wife is particular about what goes into her body, and she is diligent on learning and educating herself of any medical care she receives, in great detail! So, to have Chase not be offended or get short and angry at us for asking harder questions than the typical patient asks, he fully explains and answers our questions in full. GREAT GUY~ We both see him now and his staff is pretty great too!

We moved to the area and we needed to find a new dentist. I couldn't be any happier!!! Always makes me feel comfortable and super understanding of my dental fears. Our kids are older but if you have kids, this is the perfect place to bring them. Such a kid friendly office space and today I even saw the staff bring in a teddy bear for a child to cuddle with while getting work done. As much as I hate getting dental work done, I'm happy to have finally found a dentist and office that I feel comfortable visiting when needed.

It was a night and day difference. The Doctor explained everything going on with my teeth in a way that I could understand and it genuinely felt like he wanted to help me. Overall I felt welcomed and taken care of and I will never go to another dentist!
