Her root canal went perfectly but she had some complications due to an improper crown placement that was done by another dentist's office. One came out of the magazine I tried to look through that was provided in the waiting area, and one was crawling on me as I left the office. I was hurt very badly by the doctor durning the Novocain injections. I cried it was so painful! I asked for gas, but was told that was an extra $55. I had a toothache so I called them up. they were able to see me within the hour. I called them at 9am and I was sitting in the chair getting my tooth x-ray at 9:45(good luck finding anywhere else that will see you so quickly). It turns out I needed some work done and I had a sinus infection. I got a temp crown, 3 fillings, a full cleaning, antibiotics, and prescription pain meds all within the same day(I came back a week later to finish the crown). and it didn't break my wallet! I was pleasantly surprised. My insurance paid for 4/5ths of the procedure. My teeth are in good shape and my bite is perfect. I quite enjoyed the professionals who worked on me. They were really kind and considerate. I kept getting bits of stuff in my beard during the procedure but the hygienist was careful to keep me clean and my dignity was protected.
