I had to wait almost an hour to start my hair while I waited for her to start another clients hair (who was a walk-in) ignoring that I had made an appointment days beforehand. I had to ask multiple times when she would complete my hair. But, braids are very neat. If it were a little smaller like I wanted and the length I wanted maybe I'd be a little happier. I definitely won't be returning though. I'd rather take that trip to Harlem :) Money is okay for the job but not worth it for the lack of service. On the flip side, Karen is a nice person.
