Vicki did say that it would take about 4 weeks. Closer to about our 4.5 week mark, I called & our blinds had just come in over weekend. Again, I was able to schedule a time that week for their son Cam to come install them. She mentioned it would take about an hour to an hour & a half. Nope, that guy was quick.
