There was a inexplicable disconnect between the text that confirmed my appointment day/time and what they had in the system (?), so they didn't expect me to come in on the day that I did. However they took care of me nonetheless, so I didn't have to reschedule. I liked the pictures and the reports, but I only did a couple of things that needed to be done according to the maintenance schedule, because it sounded overpriced. He traveled on-site to do the repair which was so cool - didn't have to tow a second time. I asked him to check on the rest of the wheels as well, and he did!
